Sa parking lang talaga may problema dito, pero kung room and service pati food nila, super okay talaga."

GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

AAnonymous UserWe always love SOGO's rooms and amenities. Always ginagawang biro ang SOGO but we can't deny the fact na talagang goods yung service and accommodation nila. Even the food actually, given na mahal lang but we're paying for the experience kasi talaga that's why. Always included ang SOGO talaga sa options when it comes to hotel check-in, friendly pa ng mga naga-assist.

GGuest UserOkay naman siya kaso nga lang pag dito kayo nag booked, hindi nila pinaplot sa system so parang nag walk in lang din kami non, okay naman siya need lang improvement sa accomodations and staffs. Next time sana meron din provided na tissues. Overall goods naman, malakas aircon and nagana ang tv.

GGuest UserStains were visible. It's near the road that's why you can hear the motorcycle or other vehicles. You can hear the doors next to you whenever they open/close it, that's why it's hard to sleep especially when you're a light sleeper. The shower is hard to use.

OOmie_03FD was nice and accommodating. Really budget-friendly. A little disappointed with the water pressure on the 3rd flr and the bathroom drainage. Still, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.
