Basic and clean. Staff are super helpful and very nice. Location close to great restaurants. Showers are nice and hot. Good breakfast. I highly recommend and will stay here again when we return. Rooms are basic but beds are incredible comfortable

Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed.

El servicio en Reef Hostel es muy bueno. Nos dejaron ir con nuestro perrito y pudimos guardar el auto seguro. La terraza muy bonita y el desayuno estuvo bien! Hay pequeños detallitos para mejorar pero estuvo muy cómodo y tuvimos una estancia tranquila. Buena señal de wifi también y espacios fuera de la habitación para estar y relaj****.

Tuve una experiencia muy buena en este hostal. Esta muy bien localizado, cerca de la costanera y de los principales sitios turísticos de la ciudad, asi como de los centros de convenciones. El lugar es seguro y bastante limpio, y en general siempre hay alguien disponible para ayudarte. Tienen agua filtrada, te y café a libre disposición, y siempre nos ayudaron a pedir taxis. Muy conveniente por el precio, si no necesitan un hotel de lujo para hosped****.
