As a first timer coming to Marrakech, our tour company (Moroccan Tours) booked this riad for us and it was amazing. It felt close to everything and easy to get to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square. When we walked in we were immediately transported to beautiful, colorful and friendly home. This riad had a few floors. The rooftop was the location for our yummy breakfasts and pretty views. The roof top was easy to access via stairs or the elevator. There was a pool on the roof but we never had a chance to dive in. The whole staff deserves a shout out for their friendliness and eagerness to make sure we were happy.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was to DIE for!! Tip: spread their Amlou on the fresh crepes they serve and you won't be sorry! Abdulilah and Abdul were so attentive, making mint tea for us any time we wanted. It was also nice to have a sitting room to chill in and watch Netflix after a long day out. The place is very calm and restful and we would highly recommend booking into the Hammam to end the trip! Incredibly clean, comfortable, a great nights sleep on those beds. We were sad to leave!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Super location as very close to the main square. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Came for my friends birthday and I contacted them in advance to request birthday mimosas with breakfast and asked where I could get balloons and they said they'd take care of everything as we were travelling at the time. Her birthday morning Abdulilah had prepared a gorgeous table with a banner and balloons, bottle of prosecco and flowers and a cake. He was a fabulous host throughout. I recommend a massage and a day by the pool. 5 stars a round! Loved our stay :)

What a hidden gem! We were so lucky to have found this Riad in a quiet street in the Medina. The location, facilities, rooms, and service were all amazing. The rooftop pool was a bonus given the temperature and a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle. The spa experience was also fabulous with a traditional Hammam and a massage afterwards - all on site! Special thanks to Abdul and Abdullah who looked after us so well during our stay, to all on Reception that helped us with all our excursions, spa bookings and general questions, and to the housekeeping team who kept the whole place spotless. We had a wonderful few days and would highly recommend!

Wonderful! A spotlessly clean, calm and welcoming haven. Staff all exceptionally warm, helpful and friendly, this really made our stay in Marrakech special. Breakfast was delicious and the pool a treat away from the hot streets. We would 100% return.

My friends and I had an amazing time in Marrakesh largely thanks to the staff at the Palais Tara. Sana, Hassan and Abdul and their staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and suggest places to go, even to the point of escorting us to nearby restaurants. When we checked in, they told us that the Palais experience is supposed to feel like you are staying with family and friends and we can gratefully attest that their words were 100% true. The rooftop area was a great place to start the day with the included breakfast and we especially enjoyed the pool since the weather was rather hot being it was August. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to restaurant, shops and other points of interest. Being a smaller boutique hotel, it had more of an authentic Moroccan vibe and the detail in the decor was stunning. Hoping to return soon: )

15 rooms. All large with lovely lovely decor. Very clean bathrooms. Massive beds. Ample wardrobe for unpacking your clothes. A very quiet and relaxing Riad. Rooftop restaurant with traditional Moroccan breakfast. Absolutely served by 3 of the loveliest all round waiting staff. Very polite. Very easy to talk to, always smiling with nothing being too much trouble. To cap it all a small swimming pool that will accommodate 6 adults with room to move about. 5 sun beds. Shower. In 40* heat after a mornings shopping ideal to relax Sanaa is the manager and she knows everything. Absolutely adorable

Palais tara and spa was a wonderful choice for us to enjoy the traditional Riad experience. It was neat, new and modern. It is located at convenient location at a walkable distance from the main big square and the area was quite calm and peaceful in comparison with the main square/market. We were a bit baffled when we reached the hotel for the first time as it is located in a very narrow street and cars reach only 2-3 mins away from the hotel and rest we need to walk. But once you enter the Riad its totally amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. We also tried the traditional Moroccan bath here and was a good experience. Special kudos to Sara and Abdou for your amazing service. Note to the management: we couldn’t find drinking water in the room and had to purchase the same. I think it is a basic amenity and needs to be provided. Also there was no dustbin in the room; it was available only in the washroom.
