Having received a room, we decided that it was safer to leave the money at the hotel rather than walk around the Medina with it, but how wrong we were. They did not take payment from us upon check-in, although we prepared the money and exchanged it in local currency and left it in our luggage. The room is locked with a lock issued by the hotel, entrance to the hotel is only through a single door by bell, there are only a few rooms and there are no strangers here, when we came on the second day from the street, we were asked to pay for our stay, I went to my room for money and discovered that from each currency that I had with me, several banknotes, several hundred euros, dollars and even Russian rubles were missing, as well as some documents where the money was left on the table, that is, they forgot to put it back in my bags. In other words, after the room was cleaned or even before that, all my things, every dirty panties had already been examined and all the money was counted and some was stolen, which is why payment was taken on the second day, the administrator behaved very strangely and initially asked in euros because he already knew that I don’t have the required amount in local derhams with me and was very tense when I went to the room for money, please be vigilant and don’t make my mistakes, if I had initially read such reviews, I would never have gone to this hotel, yet Look for more information about this on my social networks and on YouTube by name, please let’s make sure that no one else gets into such situations. Un Séjour en Amoureux formidable dans le Riad N'S, Le Riad est très bien situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport , Sarah avait organisé notre transfert le chauffeur était là à notre arrivée, le Riad est à 5 minutes des souks , nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème, le personnel du Riad a toujours été de très bon conseil, le personnel est très agréable, disponible, à l'écoute. Le Riad est vraiment très beau, il vient d'être refait , Sarah et Nicolas ont décoré le Riad avec beaucoup de goût, une déconnexion totale pendant 3 jours, nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé et de découvrir deux chambres, les deux étaient magnifique, tout les détails sont là ( mini bar, peignoir, savon, shampoing )la litterie est vraiment de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, les crêpes marocaines sont divinement très bonne (pas facile de rivaliser avec les crêpes de notre région Bretagne ). Le vendredi soir nous avons dîné au Riad une nouvelle fois la qualité était présente j'ai demandé à Sarah de nous organiser une sortie dans le désert, buggy, dromadaire, diner dans le désert d'agafay c'était tout simplement exceptionnel, nous avons pu profiter qu'à deux de ces activités sans la foule des autres touristes. Je recommande le Riad, Les yeux fermés.

Le Riad est merveilleux à tous points de vue : décoration raffinée et sophistiquée, personnel attentionné, toujours avec le même sourire chaque jour. Pour chaque demande, une solution est très appréciée. Je recommande vraiment et je reviendrai certainement.

Un Riad incroyable ! Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est vraiment au petit soin 🤩 Le Riad est magnifique, bien équipé et hyper bien placé, à 10 min à pied de la place. Toute l’équipe du Riad N’S est extraordinaire, merci pour votre accueil, on se sent comme à la maison 🫶 mention spéciale à Zineb, Hasna, Abdou, Sofiane, mais également aux propriétaires qui sont géniaux, de très bons conseils pour les excursions. Merci infiniment, et à bientôt on reviendra !! 🤩
