We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in ******* is inaccurate. There is no laundry, no shop, no garden, no onsite parking, and bring your own shampoo. There is a gas range, oven, microwave and small fridge. Also it's more like a five minute walk down to the harbor. The apartment is up on a hill. The owner is very friendly, but be sure to call him. I had to borrow a phone from a grocery store employee down the street. He lives across the street I think, so he needs to know exactly when you arrive so he can meet you outside. There is a proper queen bed, not two pushed together. Nice area.

La casa è apparentemente ok. Pulita ma il pavimento andrebbe pulito meglio. Biancheria pulita. Poche pentole e una sola tazza. Il letto matrimoniale da un lato aveva moltissimi acari tanto che mio marito ha dormito in un letto singolo dei bimbi a causa delle mille piccole punture sp**** per tutto il corpo. Posizione abbastanza buona: 5 minuti a scendere sul lungomare, qualcuno di più a salire perché l’ultimo tratto è pendente. Market a 3 minuti (in fondo alla discesa). Poggiolo minuscolo vista case (non campagna). Ottimo il Wi-Fi. Host ci ha fatto entrare un po’ prima perché siamo arrivati in anticipo. Grazie!

Comodo appartamento in posizione abbastanza strategica: abbastanza vicino a supermarket, ristoranti, negozi e trasporti e abbastanza lontano dal caos del lungomare. L'unica pecca è che per accedervi è necessario percorrere una strada in salita piuttosto ripida, ma è davvero breve.
L'appartamento è fornito di tutti gli essenziali tra cui stoviglie, fornelli, forno, microonde, frigorifero, TV, WIFI e asciugacapelli. I letti sono comodi.
La comunicazione con Eric è sempre stata rapida ed efficace. Eric è stato disponibile anche nell'offrirci il servizio di deposito bagagli.

Tolle Unterkunft! Zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber alles Nötige vorhanden, in gutem Zustand und alles sehr sauber!
Superschnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, besonders am Tag der Anreise (bei der Abholung hat das Taxiunternehmen nämlich richtigen Mist gebaut!!!) hat er über den Chat super helfen können!!! Vielen Dank an der Stelle nochmal!!!!
Lage: Tolle Lage (bisschen am Berg ) und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten)

La prima impressione è buona perché l'esterno del palazzo sembra ristrutturato da poco , l'interno è un appartamento si spazioso ma molto basico speravo in una zona pranzo dove poter stare anche per una cena serale ma nulla.... In terrazzo in 4 forse ci si sta in piedi. La zona intorno è piena di cantieri che alle 8 iniziano a lavorare. La pulizia sotto la sufficienza. Indubbiamente comodo al centro del.paese che è veramente molto carino. Per la cifra pagata mi aspettavo di meglio.
