I don’t recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
1. We arrived at 1:00 PM, but they told us the room was not ready unless we were willing to pay an extra 3,000 yen. If we didn’t want to pay, we could wait until 3:00 PM. Compared to other hotels, this approach seems unfair for making extra money.
2. The front desk staff appeared quite lazy. When we returned to check in, we approached the reception, but they directed us to use the check-in machine. While this was acceptable, they didn’t provide any assistance and just focused on their tasks on the computer. We only received help after we asked for it. Although it’s a budget hotel, I felt a lack of service.
The only ok is breakfast…

A Perfect Business Hotel! The rooms are new, clean, and compact but very functional. The bathroom was spotless and shiny. Personally, I really liked the library café in the lobby — a cozy space available to hotel guests even before check-in and after check-out. It offers free drinks, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. Breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was delicious.

Location is good and breakfast is good and delicious. Car parking number is insufficient, but you can easily find a nearby affiliated car parking space.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast included. Close to public transport and shopping. Parking out the back, though, limited numbers.

great hotel. Spacious place for Japanese standard.
The carpet next to the elevator should be clean more (there is a smell whenever I get out from the elevator )

Helpful staff, very comfortable bad and good room size for a single room. They also have 2 bikes that you can rent for free which was very useful as the hotel is near train station and the castle but little far from everything else. I personally did not find option in the breakfast that I liked so I skipped

Location was near to matsuyama station . There is an affiliated carpark nearby which charges ¥800 for overnight parking . Friendly staff .
