Front desk personel was absolutely rude. My family and I arrived before 9 pm. We called to order food. And they stopped answering prior to 10 pm. NO wine or alcohol drinks and ir was my wedding anniversary. Really horrible trea**ent toward guests.

Bad odor n the room and a lot insects too and I had an emergency and I wanted to cancel my 2 day I was going to stayed thr but they make a big deal and I didn’t got a refund back
