房間乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全好用，酒店設計簡約大方，康養聖地物超所值，服務非常周到，態度很好，人性化為客人提供了優質的入住體驗，温泉游泳和禮堂鋼琴的體驗都讓人眼前一亮，驚喜連連，值得尤其感歎的是張經理和衞航的服務體貼入微，極大方便了入住的繁瑣事項，令人很享受。

很棒的入住體驗，如此優秀的員工素質，彬彬有禮+笑臉相迎；酒店的出片率很高，一步一景，温泉泡湯也贊贊噠，服務阿姨跑前跑後幫忙拿浴巾倒水提醒當心地滑，簡直不要太好喲…處處po出都是大片兒，不愧是國內頂尖建築設計團隊和海外團隊的傑作，更要説下前台麗麗，很貼心的給我發消息詢問有所幫助可以直接找她，特別温暖，賓至如歸的感覺。臨走還幫我拎包到車上，還送酒店伴手禮，我到車站還不忘發消息祝我旅途愉快…敢不敢不要太暖，太有愛了，我下次還來…

很少主動寫點評，無山居現代簡約的裝修風格，熱情的服務，時時感受到很温暖，處處感覺很貼心。幾個美女小姑娘幫忙拿行李，因為在下雨，行李上面還蓋了塑料袋。聽説我女兒愛吃蘋果，晚上又送來水果和點心。晚上點了外賣，服務員也直接送到房間門口。早上我沒有去吃早餐，電話打到房間詢問是否不舒服，一會端了一份豐盛的早餐送到房間裏。退房時給我們準備了小禮物，送我們上了車，還一再的問，有沒有什麼做的不到位的。我剛到家，麗麗管家就打電話問候，路上下雨，不知道您是否平安到家。真的太貼心了，全國的五星酒店住過很多，服務這麼好的沒有之一。這次太白山之旅，讓我感覺陝西地方好，陝西人更好！為你們點贊，會推薦給身邊的人，下次去還住無山居！

很喜歡這個酒店，每個工作人員都特別熱情，尤其是楊洋小姐姐，在烈日下還幫我們推行李到車上，而且特別注重客人的體驗感受。酒店設施齊全，泳池，温泉，遊樂區，書吧都可以呆好久，足不出户都可以玩的很開心

一次非常開心的入住體驗，酒店服務非常周到、熱心。前一天中午12點多到就及時辦理入住了（網上預訂説要下午2點才能入住），第二天也給延遲到下午兩點退房，非常滿意，繼續加油💪

非常適合帶孩子過來度假，服務熱情周到，從進大堂開始，每個工作人員都很熱情，辦理好入住管家親自送到房間，講解酒店配套設施，先説網紅泳池吧，也是我的最愛，水温剛好，孩子玩的很開心，服務員也會不時提醒小朋友注意安全[強]還有專門的小童樂園和健身房，圖書館可以讓人安靜的待一下午。早餐到10點，前台也會貼心的詢問是否需要送到房間。房間裏也是極簡風，有配茶具和膠囊咖啡機，mini吧的零食和飲料也是免費的，非常棒的網紅度假打卡聖地，推薦，推薦[強][強][強]

酒店整體感覺非常好，我們是全家一起來的，大人和小朋友都十分喜歡，表示下次還要再來住。
酒店的整體設計風格非常簡約和藝術化，酒店內部的藝術館圖書館還有小童中心設計的非常棒，而且我週中來的人很少，非常愜意。我們晚餐也是在酒店裡麪的餐廳，吃的飯菜很可口，服務員非常的親切。
我們用手機和相機拍了非常多的照片，這個地方真的每一張都是特別棒的大片。
我們最喜歡的是三樓的無邊泳池，水温很合適一點兒，不用擔心會涼。我和小朋友在泳池裡遊了一個下午，特別棒。
唯一的缺點是房間裏的空調風量一直很大沒有辦法調小，應該是出了一點故障。
總之我們下一次一定還會來。

挺有品味的一家酒店，來了才發現其實是個“售樓處”，不過各方面都跟阿那亞那種似的，有設計。 晚上來泡温泉，本來還擔心不是天然的，結果一聞各種硫磺味，才放心。沒有私湯衹有公共的兩個小池子，我們來的晚，也算包場了。還有熱茶和點心，別提多愜意了。 離太白山開車就十幾分鍾，推薦。

環境還可以，但是衞生情況屬實不太好。我們住了陌野大床房，今天走的時候突然發現洗手池枱面上有一堆莫名其妙的毛髮。我男朋友是**，不可能有這種毛髮，我也沒有用任何脱毛的東西，但是一大坨，壓在一個瓶子下面。估計上一個住户遺留的，打掃衞生的阿姨連枱麪擦都沒擦直接就讓我們住了。退房的時候跟前台説了，前台就説知道了，會強調衞生的。就沒了。連一句抱歉都沒有。真的是絕了。飯挺好吃的，但是這個衞生情況讓整個旅途的心情都不好了。哎。
