nice architecture and interior design. staff is very very nice and helpful. i went there in winter, it was a little bit cold (temperature), but in the spring or summer should be a great place to stay

一個上千消費檔次的住宿，湯池裡面水泥掉渣，早餐吃的是豬食，基本全是酒店去批發市場買的半成品，可以説根本沒早餐。看電視還要單獨收費8塊一個視頻。這種服務我也是醉了。寫的什麼迎賓水果，也沒給我！你們家老闆是有多缺錢什麼都要賺！！！

硬件：優秀，服務：不合格
環境沒的説，硬件也非常好，位置也不錯。
預訂的時候因為我是鑽石會員，因此有房型升級，提前打電話告訴了前台要一間安靜的房間。
但是第二天早上8點不到外面就開始施工，挖沙，錘牆，整個電視牆全在振動，包括房頂。
！！！8：00---
致電前台客服，説不是酒店裡的，是外面的，我讓她去看看外面，讓他們不要施工了
！！！9：30---
吃完早飯了，還是響，巨響，給前台發了很多訊息，文字、圖片、視頻。前台説她在忙，沒空看
10：30無奈退房
充分體現了極差的服務態度，發現問題-尋找藉口-甩鍋不回覆。雖然明白連鎖酒店是賣服務，民宿就是賣環境，但這服務意識也太差了！
有這錢住酒店去吧，反正水街景點打造也很垃圾！

從不寫評論實在是忍不了了，體驗感太差900多的房間又小又簡陋，床單不舒服睡着皮膚髮癢，早餐也很差還不是自助，去問前台早餐套餐有什麼，前台一副不耐煩的樣子，説一句她得頂10句…性價比還不如300.400的酒店基本一晚上沒怎麼睡，影響一天的心情[歎氣]

這次體驗太差了！！！先是一進去發現電視按不了，讓工作人員來修。在修的同時，發現冰箱裏有根頭髮[衰]告知工作人員回覆説是因為太久沒用了。晚上回來智能的房間無法智能關窗簾，衹有讓師傅來手動強拉。其它幾項智能也是相當不智能。總體衞生環境也有待提高啊😓

酒店就在生命之樹巷子裏，出巷子就能看到水街。不過很近。在水中舞台那裡有飯店可以吃烤魚等，然後坐在水邊看節目。不是週末酒店人很少。房間有智能語音控制，智能馬桶等。房間台階有點多，要小心。入住期間發生了不愉快的事，但最終解決了。主要由於1.整個酒店晚上就衹有2個人，一個前台，一個保安，遇到問題保安啥都不會，前台忙接待……服務質量確實沒法及時跟上。這還是入住人少，人多了不知道啥情況。2.親子私湯，空調一樓和二樓分開，但是無法全屋一個温度，樓下19度，樓上26度。泡湯出來冷，上樓又熱的睡不着。他們的空調夏天衹製冷，冬天衹制熱。沒法全屋統一温度讓人很無語，説是其他客人反應冷，我家反應樓上熱……可能因為樓上沒窗，通透性不好，散熱就很慢。樓下空間大，制熱效果又上不來吧。早上的早餐，下來等了一會才配送過來，然後吃的時候很多東西都冷了，現在冬天，實在是早餐冷了不太滿意。我9點多致電説人多錯峯過來，下來沒人就餐又要等待。我覺得要不可以提醒客人提前説嘛。免得等呀。望待改進！

空調是壞的，半夜兩點過都還在找前台修空調。前台妹妹服務態度還是很好的。但冷了一晚上，還是有點難受。而且房間沒電話，要用自己手機攜程搜電話才可以聯繫前台。
