I had a wonderful experience at this hotel . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to foreigners.

服務非常好，和家人在這裏住了幾天，免費給升級了房間，工作人員都非常熱情，收房的時候看到寶寶襪子沒洗幫忙洗了，走的時候還送了兩包小零食，真的很用心，酒店位置在龍王頭沙灘後面，附近非常熱鬧，有很多小吃，是個不錯的位置！！！推薦！

酒店環境很好，房間很大，外面的走廊都很寬敞，酒店設施設備都很齊全，房間的水和設施用品都擺放的很整齊，房間的被子花紋很漂亮，我很喜歡！！！下次來這邊入住，我還要推薦給我朋友，我們一家人住的都很開心，床是1米35的，老闆娘還給我們花生吃，很熱情值得推薦！！！

位置是平潭所有景點的中心，酒店後面就是台灣免税城，房間很寬敞，前台服務周到，房間衞生乾淨，前台在二樓，交通方便，離猴研島龍王頭海濱浴場這些地方都不算遠，環境可以，洗衣服很方便，很不錯的居住環境！！！

從外地過去玩的，房間很大很乾凈，設施什麼的很齊全，洗衣服什麼的也很方便，還有跑步機，房間窗户正對着海，晚上看很漂亮，枕頭超級舒服就是不知道什麼牌子的，每個工作人員都很熱情態度很好，體驗感很好，性價比也很高，交通也很方便，附近還有很多吃飯的地方，推薦！！！

酒店位置很優越，步行可以去海邊，大概衹要10分鐘左右就可以了，平潭海岸線很長，風景真的很不錯，前台服務很好看，我們的行李很多，還幫我們提行李，房間乾乾淨淨的。對於潔癖患者來説，真的舒服，值得推薦！！！

房間有異味，窗户小，不知道是樓層低總感覺房間不清爽。住完後家人身上都長紅包，也許是衞生原因，也許是樓層低蚊蟲原因，不太滿意，唯一滿意給前台服務打滿分，看到帶了家庭入住升級了家庭房？

這家店講實話不盡人意，我訂了2天的房，本來第二天想退掉的，想想不想折騰了，也就算了。首先在攜程上看的酒店，這家在平潭高端酒店排名第四，感覺很不錯，但是很奇怪，我入住當晚排名第四就被除名！難道是因為差評太多？到達發現停車場破破爛爛，整個台灣小鎮幾乎荒廢，感覺像是私人老闆的店，沒什麼服務意識，下午茶沒送和攜程説的一點都不一樣，另外酒店打掃不乾淨，局部一擦都是灰！早餐一般般，竟然標價88一位，醉了！最後平潭島景色非常棒！值得來！建議自駕。
