Everything was wonderful.
Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner.
And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
I will be back next week already!

馬特魯港度假首選酒店，有最長且乾淨的私家長白沙灘。周邊正在修建的都是Jaz集團下的酒店搭理得很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，床品舒適。是來埃及酒店體感最舒服，柔軟如絲綢一般。離城有些遠，打車要200埃及磅到300埃及磅，完全是世外桃源般的感覺。度假推薦。也可以包車去馬特魯主要海灘景點。目前酒店門口沒有出租車，建議馬特魯市區到達以後聯繫好相關行程再讓司機送到酒店。

このホテルに行くには交通手段が限られます。
アレクサンドリアからUBERで約３時間半、現地通貨で1400、ホテルからマルサマトルーフまではUBERが使えず、仕方がなくタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、45分ほど、料金は600かかりました。またフロントでの配車時に意思疎通が上手くいかず、非常に不快な思いをしました。近くにタクシーがいないようなので、呼ぶのにかなり時間もかかりますので1時間以上前に配車の依頼をすることをおすすめます。周辺には何もなく、ホテル敷地内でプールと海を楽しみたいのであれば別ですが、ホテルからマルサマトルーフへの観光を考えているのであれば、往復のタクシー代や移動時間を考慮すると、マルサマトルーフのホテルに滞在する方が良いと思います。時期的なものもあるかもしれませんが、ビーチは波が強く、泳いだり、子供が遊ぶには不向きであると感じました。部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティなどはベーシックなもののみです。水以外の部屋のドリンクなども別途料金が掛かります。オールインクルーシブではありません。夕食は宿泊代金に含まれていましたが、飲み物は水のみでほかのソフトドリンクやコーヒーにも追加料金が掛かります。

Extremely clean property. Food and beverage staff had great service. Ahmed, in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, provided beyond outstanding service. He embodies the meaning of hospitality. The service provided at the front desk was not up to standard, at all. Many of our requests were unmet. There was a lack of sense of urgency and anticipating guest’s needs. The child center was HORRIBLE. Bad service, ill equipped, unhelpful hours, etc. Overall, not a kid friendly hotel, from service to accommodations. Ahmed in the restaurant was the highlight of our entire stay. Having traveled far and wide, he showed us the best service we’ve received in a long time. You should put him in charge of training the rest of the hotel staff, especially the front office.

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is always kind and very helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. The house keeper was always checking that we have everything we need in the room and the waiters at the restaurant were very helpful.

Talat house keeping is amazing he is always chearful , very helpful person , fast response, qualified ,and hard worker also abdelkhalek issa supervisor is trying to help you and always ask if wr are pleased or not overall The place is amazing, very good service , good is very delicious with great variety, very quiet place and very clean also the pool and beach area are extremely nice I recommend this place specially for families having kids to spend a cool vacation
