The service from the hotel staff is below aberage. You fell more like if you were in your apartment because poor staff service. The place is nice and clean.

The building and surrounding area are beautiful. Very well kept. But advertising a pool that is out of service seems unnecessary.

Tuve un percance en la propiedad, tienen un elevador especial para el acceso a un supermercado, yo y mi compañero nos quedamos encerrados, porque no existía señalización del horario de servicio del elevador ni que se esté se bloquea de subida, más no de bajada. Nos quedamos más de dos hora encerrados sin que nadie, ni cámaras se dieran cuenta de esto, este es un tema de seguridad muy importante, porque si no fuera por el velador del comercio nadie se hubiera percatado.
