Our stay was good. The location of this hotel is definitely the best part. The customer service was good as well whenever we needed anything. However, they do not clean the room until you ask them and we had to ask multiple times. The 4 person room was also a bit small, if we actually had 4 people in the room it would be super tight, wouldn't recommend having more than 3 people.

Great location and very clean. Our room was quiet as it was overlooking the alley. Staff was great and always said 'hi' when walking by. Be prepared to pay $35 a night for valet parking...but that's the norm in this area, so nothing against the hotel. We would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is really nice, walking distance to Art Deco District and beach, but parking is inconvenient. Once you parked there, your key will be taken away and if you need to use the car or take anything from the car, you need to give notice to the receptionist 20 mins prior to scheduled time. I found it quite inconvenient, especially you need to pay 35 dollars for overnight parking. But of course, this is south beach. The room is smaller than it shows in *******, clean and tidy, but nothing else, a bit below my expectation.

The property and staff were nice, but no hot water! We were promised hot water by morning and checkered out at 10:30 and still no hot water.

It was good for a one night stay, but we felt the floor in our room was very dirty (socks all black after some walking around in the room). The staffs were great. We got pinged about our expected arrival time a few days in advance so they had time to prepare our room early (we checked-in around 11am). The hotel is a little old, but decent enough for a short stay.
