Updated and clean efficiency with city and water views. Light, bright, comfortable and walkable to Coconut Grove down town, waterfront, and parks

I was pleasantly surprised with the room and facilities. The room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the harbor. The location was perfect. Coconut Grove offers a lot of dinning and shopping options all within walking distance from the hotel. If traveling with children, there is a park across the street.

The service was horrible slow pool close because of glass in it no clear communication the unit was nice but you know people are smoking on the balcony I went out and had one or two and next thing I know I’m getting ready to get in the bath in security is banging on my door no smoking on the balcony. He said sure would’ve been nice to know.

Biggest reason we booked this property was the beautiful view of the marina… which we did not get. Our room overlooked the city so we were disappointed. Would also have been nice to know in advance that the restaurant on the property was closed. Overall the room was nice with some unexpected touches that were a nice gesture including a free bottle of champagne and gift card to a local restaurant. Check in process was a bit confusing but we figured it out.

Great place to stay. Clean, super convenient and walkable to everything in the grove. Elevators are very slow and 2 broke while we were there.

Everything perfect, except for one really negative thing ... very poor water pressure in the shower which really took away from the experience. Otherwise 5 starts all around!
