super out of the way and we waited in line super long to check in, but we managed to check in on time and the breakfast was not bad

An okay hotel, very sufficient for a short stay. The air conditioning didn’t really work well, the room never got actually cold.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Location wa vvery far from city centre, you need to take the bus. The hotel is very basic, but at least the breakfast was good!

The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, which is a big plus for safety. There are bus stops and supermarkets right near the hotel. The metro is about a 1km walk, making it convenient to get to attractions. It's very quiet at night and seems to have a high occupancy rate.

Room smells like sweat and there is so many mosquito inside the room!!! The staff at counter was nice and helpful though. But no, I’ll not come back again. We also manage to kill 9 mosquito the following day…

Facilities: This 4-star hotel has complete facilities, but the rooms are a bit small. Cleanliness: Looks neat and clean. Environment: It's quite secluded, about a ten-minute drive from the Central Station. Service: The front desk staff speak English. Breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast with bread, coffee, milk, ham, etc.

I was in Italy for a business trip, and Milan was my transit hub, making it super convenient to get to Turin, Verona, and Venice. This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The hygiene was really poor. Even the shower head was broken, and the toilet was very dirty. It's not worth staying here.

The location is far from the city center and quite remote, with no restaurants within 1 km. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the front desk service wasn't great.

I booked this hotel king room and when I checking they are giving my two single bed room after discussion with check in staff they give me other old room not the room they showed in pictures I don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel

Accessible hotel with lots of supermarkets nearby. 9min bus to Milano Centrale.
