I booked this hotel king room and when I checking they are giving my two single bed room after discussion with check in staff they give me other old room not the room they showed in pictures I don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel

Accessible hotel with lots of supermarkets nearby. 9min bus to Milano Centrale.

Hotel is clean, chat GPT gave me the wrong place, not clear about the location of the hotel. You need to walk to bus station, take the train to places you want to go. If with luggage, take a uber.

Good clean room, but a little far from everything, we have bus stop around 6 min walking

Clean rooms and excellent service

The hotel was a little tucked away but that meant it was quiet and restful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The hotel is quite clean and comfortable, but the location is not strategic. It was close to supermarket, but if you are travelling with public transport, maybe it would be better if you find another hotel. If you are going everywhere with taxi, this hotel can be a good option.

Felt humid , asked for aircon to be cooler , reception staff said not available, had to sleep with window open and asked for a fan .

Very comfortable and clean rooms, and wonderful staff. There’s a large supermarket nearby. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the metro, but if you’re traveling by car, it’s the perfect balance of price and quality.

We liked this hotel so much: the location is good (20 minutes by foot to Milano Centrale or 40 minutes by foot to all main locations), the breakfast is very tasty and windows have a very good soundproofing.

The hotel is very limited in their service. For example, they don’t supply milk with their coffee. I had a problem with the hair dryer and I requested a replacement, but they didn’t supply me. The hotel is very far from the metro, and you have to walk for 13 minutes to reach the metro. The hotel also far from the train station around 23 minutes walk and it's far from the Centre. I don't recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean n comfortable bed.

The service by a lady at Bar impressed me, she is smart and nice when we asked for some ice.
