First and foremost, all of the staff we encountered were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were given such a warm welcome, and all the hotel staff were just great with us and the children. Room was lovely with fantastic views, and the spa and pool were just lovely. Bar was great to relax in and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Ski/boot room was also perfect for what we needed. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel with great decor and great rooms. lovely spa and pool with heated loungers and great relaxing activities. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful, the barman was also very friendly and always up for a chat. Restaurant was lovely and we had a nice chat with one of the staff working. Breakfast was also amazing and there was a lot of choice. The hotel was in a lovely alpine style which fitted the place great, and it had a ski room with lots of space 10/10 Would recommend

A great little hotel in the centre of town. All the staff were friendly and the property location is perfect for the slopes and the restaurants. The spa area was very good especially if it was a non skiing day as we enjoyed and great few days in Cervinia. Paula was so helpful on the front desk.

Fantasic family hotel with friendly, personal staff and glorious Italian cuisine. Rooms in an old style with good beds. Cosy bar where you can sit and relax.Great SPA and situated in the centre, only 3- 4 min walk from the lifts.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Nice breakfast, spa, bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and well kept, and every little detail is in place. Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The skilifts are very close, and you can rent skis across the road. If you have a car you can park it just outside the hotel. We hope to come back one day!

Booked 3 nights at the end of January last minute to take advantage of the good snow conditions, had stayed in Zermatt in December but spent most of my time skiing on the Italian side so decided to cut out the long lift transit and go direct. Hotel was excellent, great spa with variety of offerings - Scottish shower was novel and cold!!! Staff on arrival were very pleasant, move your car around at the front of the hotel to maximise the space. Breakfast good, bedrooms comfortable, staff efficient, location a short walk to the slopes as well as being in the middle of town. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic and reception happily called and made reservations for us. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Terrific base for a family pre-Christmas ski break. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent, very comfortable, rooms and great food (extensive breakfast and high quality restaurant). Fabulous spa to unwind after a day on the mountains.

Perfect...cannot say much more than that. The location, the staff, the food all excellent and created one of the most enjoyable breaks we have ever enjoyed. A real family atmoshpere with a passion for what they do. I recommend highly...and we will be definitely returning.

Bucaneve is in a very central location, a short walk from the lifts. The management and staff are friendly and the hotel has a good atmosphere, nice piano music in the evening. Italian hotel breakfasts can be a bit limited, at Bucaneve the selection is not bad at all. We often stay in five-star hotels, but find this four-star one to be a very satisfactory alternative.
