Hotels Near Church of Saint Mary ＇Bianca＇ of Misericords in Milan

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

Here is my story with this hotel. I booked a double room in the address show on google. When me and my boyfriend arrived the hotel, we were led to a completely different seperate building which is 300 metres far away from the hotel. When I showed my confirmation letter, hotel tried to claim I booked seperate building but I DID NOT. The guy in the reception came up with a solution and offered a tiny single room (attached) to us which was completely unacceptable. He said he will refund the money. I did not get any money back, neither I stayed in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone experiencing this. I am still trying to get a refund. Hotel was not helpful on this matter. There are much better options and metro goes nearly everywhere in Milan!

We stayed here for a week as a family of 5 in the family room. There was a double bed, single bed and a bunk bed plus bathroom. The room was nice and beds comfy, perhaps a week was a bit long for us all to be in one room that wasn’t massive but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. There was a fridge in the room which had water and beer in which had a charge. Breakfast was included in the price was was great value for money, there was a good selection of pastries, eggs, sausages, toast, potatoes and fresh fruit. The kids loved the food. We also ate dinner in the restaurant three times and apart from one dish that wasn’t great the rest was lovely food especially the pasta and the wine was nice as well. There was a kids menu which they liked but we didn’t realize this until the second visit. There was also a lobby area and a bar area and outdoor courtyard. The hotel is quite far from the centre of Milan, it wasn’t walkable. There were a couple of buses nearby that went to the metro and then you could get that into town. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the metro but this gets quite booked up so make sure to book in advance. We found the metro quite easy to use and the buses as well. Kids under 14 travel for free. You can use a single ticket for 90 minutes which is good. We explored a lot of Milan and we had lovely weather which helped. There is a park nearby and some shops including a Lidl. Many restaurants in the centre, some are quite expensive in the touristy areas. The main park in the centre is really nice with kids play area. We went up the Duomo di Milan, we went to see Inter Milan match and we caught the train to Lake Como which was stunning. I would also recommend the canals which was a lovely area with some nice restaurants. Milan was a lovely, cultural trip to do with kids, I totally recommend Neo Hotel but I think 5 days would be enough time.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Good price and location. Nice staff. Free parking. I had a very comfortable stay in a clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Very convenient as there is a supermarket and food court nearby. Close to the highway and easy to go anywhere.

Everything went well. However, the hotel is far from the center of milan and it takes about an hour by public transport (3 transfers by bus) to get there. Employees very nice, helpful, with knowledge of English. The hotel is clean.

The overall decoration style of the hotel is relatively old, with a lot of wooden furniture, the elevator door is relatively small. The room layout is more home style, the space is relatively large. The service staff is more enthusiastic. The location is a bit biased but the hotel can help you call a taxi.

Sono stato in questo hotel anche se per la prima volta è credo che ci tornerò al più presto, parcheggio enorme e gratuito, personale molto cortese, pulizia buona, camera comodissima e soprattutto ben climatizzata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a tutti

The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. There is also a elevator on the left and right ２ machines in a large hotel with a semicircular diameter. But there was no room number of my own because the hotel room number was not lined up in order, and when I asked the front desk, it was in the back. It's the first time that the room number is so difficult to understand. I recommend looking for it slowly
