Unfortunately we will never return to this hotel! It’s hot, it’s beach weather and the air conditioner was not working for the total duration of our stay. Can you imagine what it feels like suffocating in a room? If you open a window be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes. The real disappointed was the behaviour of the owner and the staff - trying to minimise the problem like it’s perfectly normal you stay in a hot room like this. In addition, they tried to blame this as some type of town council issue (obviously this is was just an excuse and not the real reason). And of course with the ‘promise’ that the air conditioner would work in a couple if hours. The hotel has no problem with asking for full price and not giving you what you paid for. I find this to be quite dishonest and I can only hope other guests never have any problems here because they hotel will not resolve problems. Some good things- comfortable bed and very friendly cleaning room staff.

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable in a traditional Italian style.
The view from the balcony was advertised as a sea view but it was a very limited view.
Nice breakfast area with nice variety of options.

The staff were really friendly and helpful but no facilities in the room, eg. Kettle and tea and coffee facilities , which we found really disappointing

On the run from another hotel in Milano Marittima, I unfortunately only landed for one night in this paradise .. Being a used to Milano Marittima, I wanted to test the quality of some hotel in view of next summer. I found a very clean hotel, where you can eat really well attentive staff efficient and tidy rooms, super breakfast. The only small suggestion I would like to give ... Maybe I would replace some garden tables with some garden chairs to be able to relax after dinner in the fresh air. Very large and heated swimming pool that looks like a sea from how big it is. The eye of the owner always watchful of everything. Well done. Roberto of Turin

Il punto di forza di questo hotel credo sia, più di tutto, l’ospitalità che traspare da ogni attenzione riservata al cliente. Si sente la presenza dei proprietari i cui gesti rimandano, seppur con la classe di un hotel di alto livello, alla gestione “di una volta” squisitamente romagnola. L’estetica generale è un altro rimando al passato, dagli arredi classici alle divise del personale di sala. Cucina ottima, pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni altrettanto. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, anche molto piccoli; le camere sono silenziose, la cucina offre qualsiasi soluzione per i loro pasti ed e’ presente una sala giochi spaziosa e colorata. A proposito di quest’ultima mi permetto di sottolineare una piccola pecca, che però dipende credo dalla società di animazione alla quale l’hotel e’ affiliato. Purtroppo le due giovani ragazze presenti nella sala giochi con il compito di vigilare e intrattenere i bambini non mi hanno fatto una buonissima impressione, un po’ svogliate, spesso al cellulare o impegnate a parlare tra di loro. A parte questo mi sento di consigliare davvero questo hotel, non si può che rimanerne soddisfatti.

Ottima posizione dell'hotel e vicinanza alla loro spiaggia privata ben tenuta. Stanze comunicanti molto pulite, ma i servizi attinenti non finestrati. Servizio ristorazione di buon livello e personale cordiale e disponibile. Prezzo adeguato allo standard.

Hotel bello e ristrutturato, personale gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Camere vivibili, buona pulizia, buon cibo. Piscina sia all’aperto che al chiuso, quest’ultima riscaldata. L’unico consiglio che sento di dare è di sostituire i cuscini, perché erano veramente scomodi e, credo per colpa dell’uso, praticamente piatti. Per il resto hotel molto consigliato

Imponente Hotel ben mantenuto in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Stanza n°310 terzo piano spaziosa, pulita e completamente accessoriata, piccolo balconcino munito di tavolino, sedia e stendino. Bagno con vano doccia spazioso. Possibilità di parcheggio sotterraneo su prenotazione. Piscina coperta con acqua riscaldata e vari tipi di idromassaggi. Colazione buona nella norma. personale attento e cordiale. Prezzo adeguato.

Ci siamo recati in questo hotel per i giorni dal 23 al 25 aprile ed eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambine di 4 e 1 anno), insieme al nostro cane di piccola taglia. L'hotel è posizionato in una zona comoda da raggiungere in auto, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La struttura è tenuta in modo impeccabile in ogni ambiente, dalla hall, alle varie sale e zone e anche nelle camere. Il personale si è reso sempre disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta, senza aver alcuna esitazione... ci hanno coccolati e servito stupendamente e per questo li ringraziamo vivamente! Lo spazio gioco coperto per le nostre figlie ha dato modo di aver un alternativa stimolante (rispetto alla passeggiata lungomare) per le nostre figlie nei dopo-cena. Nel prezzo della camera avevamo anche 2 lettini con l'ombrellone e 2 teli, presso il oro bagno (con annesso ristorante). La spiaggia, attrezzata anche con giochi per i bambini, ha permesso che le nostre figlie potessero giocare in sicurezza e a pochi passi da noi, che tranquillamente ci rilassavamo in spiaggia. Con la zona relax e la relativa piscina riscaldata, ci hanno dato una valida alternativa per intrattenere le nostre figlie nel piovoso pomeriggio di domenica 24! Un posto veramente completo ed attento alle esigenze di ogni cliente! Lo consigliamo!!!
