Very trendy hotel with new facilities and reasonable price. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket opposite which is very convenient. There are also several good restaurants nearby. However, the shower in the bathroom is not surrounded by bathtubs and tubs, and the water can easily splash and wet places other than the shower. The overall stay experience is very good, cost-effective, it is worth recommending.

It is located about ten minutes away from the station and about ten minutes away from the city center. The location is relatively quiet. The room is ok, the bathroom is a bit stained, and the shower facilities are not cold enough.

Brilliant location for the Xscape Centre and Shopping Centres. Good standard Premier Inn family room. Breakfast was very good. Everything was kept well stocked and very clean and tidy by Arychana in the restaurant and fantastic cooked breakfast by Onn the chef, thank you! The only disappointing thing was that the free Wifi was very poor while we were there and on O2 the mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, which is probably the best I can say about this hotel. The bathroom however was disgusting with grouting missing and mouldy, cracked tiles and the top missing from the hot water tap. When I complained to reception the receptionist was not surprised but said the bathroom was clean and okay. She said they were waiting for Green King to approve repairs and the room was okay. I was made to feel that I was complaining over nothing, but she did throw a half hearted 'sorry' as we walked away. I do not think it is okay to rent a room in such as bad state of repair. We were not offered a solution or the chance to change to a better room, bad customer service. We were on the ground floor and were kept awake by drunken shouting until 2.00a.m. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it is adjacent to a rowdy pub and customers should be aware of this. Would not stay here again.
