清楚記得窗台上放了張洗臉巾上面整整齊齊擺了三小瓶寶寶的 D3 AD 和 DHA 走的時候忘記裝起來，等到家收拾東西發現沒帶，再打電話再三確認説是沒有任何物品遺留，還讓我自己去找？離家那麼近我住酒店？

服務非常好，第一次出差去民和，沒想到當地有這麼好的商務酒店，設施也很新。退房時忘記把房卡還回去了，很不好意思，後來大堂經理很體貼的安慰我説因為最近酒店統一更換房卡，不用我寄回去了，非常善解人意。

衞生間沒有門，電視欠費看不了，房間沒有wifi，由於入住太遲了，也懶得去和前台調換樂就湊合了一晚，經常住這家酒店，以前從來沒遇到過這種情況，不知道這次怎麼回事，很悲催的一次入住體驗！
