Nice, modern hotel. Comfortable stay. Spacious room, spacious, superb shower. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Our room looked towards the back, away from the main streat--probably quieter, but the view was uninteresting.
Breakfast was chinese only and basic.
No English spoken at the reception.

這家酒店在大學城性價比還是非常高的，是我住過酒店裡麪非常滿意的一家酒店。酒店在大學城交通非常方便，在路邊上很顯眼的，地鐵口走路10分鐘就能到，旁邊吃飯買東西都很方便，十字路口左手邊對面一排都是吃的，特色小吃草本湯很不錯，味道很好。這次出來玩，酒店前台熱心介紹周邊情況，閩越水鎮的特色、永嘉天地的晚上夜市小吃也很豐富。房間也很漂亮，設計風格我本人非常喜歡，乾濕分離，很合理，床鋪睡的特別舒服。早餐也很可口，有炒菜、炒麪是、麪包、煎蛋、包子饅頭，稀飯，水果，福州魚丸等等，很好吃，吃的飽飽的，另外酒店還有免費的停車場，進出都很方便，前台掃碼就好。酒店前台服務也非常棒，出門都問是否有開車要掃碼出場。酒店的工作人員都很熱情，樓上的阿姨打掃衞生也很熱情，見到都會打招呼，很温暖，非常滿意這家酒店的，推薦入住

設施：裝修大方、簡約、跑步洗衣都有，餐廳在一樓很方便
衞生：乾淨整潔，床品比較新
環境：離醫科大學近，步行5分鐘就是地鐵站，附近還有個商場，吃喝玩樂都有，樓下也有吃的，很方便
服務：服務細緻，我趕動車退房早，還給打包了早餐，很驚喜，性價比高，下次來大學城還住這家

過來出差的，沒想這裏也有一家宜尚酒店，我出差比較喜歡住連鎖酒店，就直接預訂了，酒店距離地鐵站挺近的，走路不到10分鐘就到了，還算很方便，酒店周邊還是很熱鬧的，吃的喝的都齊全，酒店樓下就是肯德基了，非常方便，前台服務蠻熱情的，辦理入住很快，看得出非常專業，熱情有禮貌，房間幫我安排在5樓比較安靜的房間，房間乾淨，挺寬敞的。裝修風格是我喜歡的風格，簡約風格。床也是非常舒服，不軟不硬，還可以的。被子跟枕頭都是鴨絨的很薄很輕，真的特別是舒適，在這裏住了一天真心是不錯，下次過來還會入住，值得推薦！

靠馬路，吵的睡不着，是非常吵，我一個睡眠質量那麼好的人，都抓狂了，然後走廊經常有人吸煙，屋子裡都是煙味，剛入住的時候異味非常大。衞生條件也很一般，總體來説，這房間也就100元左右的的價格！入住體驗很差！
