The price/performance ratio of the hotel is average, and there are no services, but the room is clean and tidy, and the basic configuration is still there. The main location is superior. The nucleic acid for returning home is next door, and the opposite bus goes directly to the airport. It is good if necessary

Stayed here before, lots of dining options within 15 mins and accessible to airport. Could hear noisy neighbours as the walls are not too thick with adjoining rooms/door. But all in all, it met our needs for one night

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The lady serves you herself; beans, eggs & potatoes. Apparently there were pancakes, but I did not get any because nobody offered. Otherwise; the stay was pretty average. You get what you pay for ig

The staff was great but the hotel was subpar at best. There were holes in my towels, the ironing bored was broken it was bent & had holes, the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom from what looked like a previous flood, there was hardly any lighting & mirrors, the 1 bathroom light was over the toilet not the mirror…why i dont know, the full length mirror had no lights near it so you could barely see how you looked , the electrical outlets were hit or miss, not all of them worked & the blow dryer kept shutting off, i was afraid of starting a fire. I chose this hotel because it was local to the event i was attending & was told it was newly renovated. Im never going back to this hotel…im not a complainer, i hate being that person, but this was just unacceptable. Never going back, i dont care how expensive other hotels are, not worth the price.

The staff was very helpful but felt even more at home with Shiela who actually took her time to even get to know and humor us as my girl and I had a fun banther. It may sound so trivial, but it meant a lot to my girl who is just new into Canada and has yet to acclimate herself into the cold city life. So thank you Shiela for making our short stop in Days inn a warm and welcoming home! Would definitely recommend and come back to you guys agains for tour hospitality!

No water bottles in room, no toiletries. Reception told us to come downstairs to grab water from vending machine. Came downstairs and vending machine didn’t have water, and front desk was like oh okay may be we are out of stock. Asked for dental kit, no dental kits were available. Overall very uncomfortable stay
