Hotel is very and very good! Rooms are spacious, with chic views, all dressed, all whole, clean, perfect, towels, coats and bed linen of the highest quality and cleanest. Individual topic: breakfast. Having about a hundred other hotels in its arsenal, breakfast in Radison is likely the best. There is no unpleasant dish. Grimmed, mushroomed, detox water, gluten-free food, fruit, dessert, coffee and tea all interpretations, salads, fish, hot, pancakes, eggs of all kinds, and cherry on cake: salmon and cheese. I would like to note all the staff separately: very kind, responsive, kind. A beautiful atmosphere of the team feels and it is transferred to guests. In this hotel we will re-and necessarily return again!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

The hotel is located near the Ring Line subway station in October. It is very close and very convenient. The room is in a good environment, if not too picky, fully meet the needs. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel, but it is more concealed and convenient to buy. Next to the subway station in October (a red light), there is a Chinese restaurant, which tastes authentic. Not far from Gorky Park and the Moscow River, you can walk to the Red Square in twenty minutes by walking along the river through the statue of Peter the Great.

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

In a word - just super! I liked literally everything: from staff to cleanliness in rooms. The room is excellent view of one of the towers in the city. Have a stay with breakfast - didn't miss! On breakfast the Swedish table, even the pancakes are baked and there is an Asian corner. I would like to also celebrate spa (hma, sauna and massage chairs). I was alone in the sauna - just delighted) Hotel definitely recommend!

First of all I will praise the beautiful location: from the metro ”Sports” almost in a hundred steps, just over the corner, and the street is quiet and quiet. In the foot walk of the Novodevich Monastery (thus I chose this hotel) and Luzhniki (and here in the nearby hotel building - the hostel, not the most fun institution ...), there are a lot of cafes, bakery, pizzas and so on, there is a place to eat, and close to lunch. And here in the hotel itself the relationship with food is some unhealthy: At a sufficient price for the room without breakfast for this very breakfast is asked for another 1200 (1,000,200) rubles from a person, although there are a lot of places, where for a thousand two can you have a great breakfast (and we did it). There is a mini bar in the room, but the prices are also ahh. The pleasant surprise was ”almost mohito” (water with lemon and mint) in the lemonade at the administrator's counter, I very much love this combination, with pleasure, while the settlement was made, and then still approached to drink. The room is very good, comfortable bed, many different pillows (it seems to be the hotel's website called the ”pillow menu”). Still in the room are machro cloaks, slippers, safe, smooth board and utility - it is very convenient. Two bottles of drinking water, tea, sugar, teapot, tea pairs and glasses for water. There is a refrigerator, but it is bite-bite-bite mini bar to put something in, no place. In the sauna, toothbrushes, pasta, shampoo and soul gel two in one and hair balsams - not single-time, but in bottles, shower cabin with tropical shower and ordinary ”leak.” In a word, except for bite prices for food (which we did not prevent, we ate excellent outside the hotel), everything was very much liked.

Awful hotel. A woman came out to the recipe, I greeted, she replied, ”documents,” without greeting, on the hamstring. The room fund was shaved to horror. The mattress on the bed fails in the middle, it is impossible to sleep, in some places springs in the ribs. And the bed in any hotel is the main thing, the guest must sleep and rest. The bed is broken, old. The room cleaning is not dirty, the windows are as dirty as if the film is sticked on them. The bathroom is decorated with cheap, Broken in some places by saiding. No shovel, toothbrush and pasta too. Liquid soap is missing, although the diffusion weighs empty, teapot is missing too. Water is not put in the room. I'm sure to avoid this institution by any means.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.
