B.60 Hotel

In November 2022, we booked for the head of the hotel at the B60 Hotel for 10 days. The booking was confirmed by phone and by mail. Unfortunately, we were forced to move the settlement twice, the hotel went to us to the meeting, though extremely reluctant. The new settlement was planned on 31.10. On 10.11.2023. I called the hotel and we decided to reduce the days in the hotel, leave from 7 to 10.11.2023. The guest had to arrive 8.11 from the morning and we with the administrator by phone (which is the record) agreed to book the booking to deliver from 7.11.2023 as a guaranteed early check-in. As a result in the morning the guest will not settle. Referring to the fact that they allegedly called me the day before the check-in to confirm the reservation. No calls were received, the more missing I have (I always have a phone in the visibility zone). I clarified why if you didn't call the first to remove the reservation? And why did I not duplicate the confirmation information by mail? I was told that my mail was not indicated in the questionnaire..... How then did I initially get the booking data?? Talk to the administrator Sergey and the senior administrator have not led to anything. They are convinced of the rightness of their employees. Apologies have not been brought and they did not want to solve the situation. Referring to the fact that everything was done according to the rules and all the rooms are busy in general. Money is input, service is not provided, impression is damaged. This attitude is outrageous. The question of returning money is not worth, we understand that the tariff is not refundable, but it is not possible to treat their guests so aggressively.
Apart Hotel Volga

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home. The bathroom furniture is cheap but clean, not old (except for pins, and dispensers for napkins), the closet holds on two top bolts, when opened, constantly departs from the wall, that and look will fall off. Hot water lives in general, pressure is weak, half an hour adjusts, the hike is boilers. Food: it's something....I won't see, but it's not delicious, on the three, cheap food, meat there is not recommended, watery, frozen, low quality. A hammock man behind a bar who doesn't know what a service, dressed in a vest and jeans, came to me for breakfast, and said that ”we haven't taken it, we should first mark, then have.” He came to me with a list and said that there was no such name) had to look for his name and show it to him! This moment was outrageous if you need to ”notice,” you and the front desk at the entrance put with the person to be clear at once, That you have to approach him. At a price too expensive, though I didn't pay 16,000 for two days with breakfast, and one disgusting lunch. Location is normal, from the metro to go 12 minutes.
Artcourt Moscow Center (f. Courtyard Moscow City Center)

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.
Hotel Izmailovo Gamma

Near MCC and Metro Izmailovskaya. The rooms are tidy and the price is reasonable. Perhaps because of this, in the evening you will have to stand in line for a good check-in. The food in their restaurant is no frills, but everything is edible, there have never been any problems. Still, the TVs in the rooms would be replaced, otherwise they show so-so. The rooms are warm.

We had 2 super rooms 1106 and 1206 for 2 days, with kids 5 and 8, and one of the teachers for dance for the little girl. We had a tournement we atended in Moscow, Crokus hall. The rooms are great, the kids can run, and hide, and play as much as they want. The barthroom, is sober and small, if you see the enormous room , but it we sufficient. The TV channel, I would like to request a children channel please, we could not offer the kids to watch the tv. Breakfast was fantastic, close your eyes, kame a wish, and it was there, it is a pity we where in the hurry alll mornings to attend the competition, there where many reasons to just sit and eat and relax with a great view on floor 25. The staff, very friendly! Housekeeping, super friendly ladies, and very polite. Now room service, we love to go out for dinner, but we where tired, kids too, so we ordeed room service, the FOOD was fresh , very tasty, it was served as in a restaurant, very very enjoyable, we loved it, the kids too! I hope to return here man times, and hope we have more time to enjoy everything! But thank you for all! It was fantastic!
