After taking 50 minutes to check in and pushing off any plan for a dinner, there were no towels at the pool, after calling the front desk for ten minutes and no answer, we gave up. We went to an alternate dinner locally, came back and the elevators were broken, asked which stairwell would be most convenient and were directed to the other side of the hotel. As someone who has severe respiratory issues, it was beyond inconvenient and disregarded ADA compliance. On the stairs were a turned over chocolate cake as well as other garbage strewn about. Getting back to the room, I called down an asked for extra pillows at 9:20, she stated she wasn’t sure if she could bring them up, I left it as we wouldn’t get the pillows. At 10:45pm after my family was asleep she called and wanted to know if I still wanted the pillows. It took another forty minutes to get our daughter back to sleep. Next morning, expecting a continental breakfast we were told we had to pay for breakfast because we weren’t on the Tru side of the hotel. Expressed frustration to the supervisor and she allowed us to have the continental breakfast which consisted of wet eggs and toast options. We leave for the day, come back and everything seems to be fine around 4:30, head out to dinner and come back around 9 and the elevators are broken again. We were mislead and told there were staircases at the end of the hotel by our room, there were no stairs. after a half hour we enter our room and the tv is not working.
