Hair in br and sink did not work, there were two other sinks. Another long black hair on towel. Bed comfortable, it was cheap. Food and drinks at restaurant OK.

Don't get me wrong. We like staying here. It is generally clean, the staff is great, the cost is reasonable and they have a free shuttle to the airport. However my most recent stay was poor.
The hotel is dated, and the heating system in our room reflected that with its lack of ability to heat the room adequately. After a long, late day of travel. One does not want to wait 3 hours for the room to heat up enough to just be comfortable. Also, the wall-to-wall imitation hard wood floor was super cold and sticky in places, yuck!

The room was clean and big. Not been updated for many years. The property was clean. There were NO towels in the room, had.to go to the reception area to get towels.The day front desk gal was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMPROPERLY DRESSED. The swing shift gal was professional. The area of the room I had was very outdated, yet clean. The Shilo restaurant was also outdated, food was bland, and over priced. The laundry room was clean. The washers and dryers were at least forty plus years old.

The room that I got was very nice size. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the room was a bit out dated. I was super bummed when I found out the Spa tub and pool were out of service due to repairs.

The people at the front desk we awesome! I'm not a fan of staying at motels, but this motel has nice large rooms, comfortable beds and was really quiet!

The bed was extremely comfortable but not very clean, including one of the two bath towels. Also, they advertise pool and hot tub but both are closed for repairs. Also advertised free breakfast on their sign but when I asked I was told there was no free breakfast. Spacious room.

Can use more updated entertainment or tv service. Was hard to find something I’d enjoy watching. Better in room coffee service. I stayed at places less expensive with a Kurig coffee machine. Better lighting LED lighting

Overall it was a great stay. The customer service actually made it better than expected. The room was larger than I thought it would be and bed was ok for comfort. What was disappointing though is that they no longer have hot breakfast. Even though the website says they do and the hotel sign still says they have "free breakfast for guests" that's not true. Plus no coffee or water in the lobby. Also the pool and hottub are closed. One last thing. It's very dated and much of the furniture looks banged up and dirty.

I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. The coffee maker in room looked like it was from the 70s. No guest information card. Everything was dated and creepy. No room service due to a staffing issue. The front desk and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful
