Espresso Martinis by Oscar are amazing! The staff is really nice and helpful! Fun place to be :) The hotel is so pretty and stylish! The staff goes the extra mile for you! All the drinks are prepared with „orginal“ liquors, no continental drinks!

Really enjoyable stay at this beautifully maintained hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Sofia in the bars. Food was excellent, both in the buffet and the a la cartes. We ate in the Greek and Mexican and service was great in both also. You can book these via the app, at the start of our 5 night stay I could only get availability at the Mexican. However I mentioned this to reception and around one hour later had an email confirming a booking at the Greek also. Loads of pools which are shared with the albufera park. Feels like the two hotels are one as all of the facilities are shared. Our favourite place was the rooftop pool, which had a beach club vibe. Pools were cold in April, but i still managed a dip. Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope to return one day!

Lovely hotel. Great refurbishment. Very well maintained. Rooms are modern, clean & reasonable size. Emailed before to ask for rooms together with other family members. Friendly staff. Buffet food very good. Great selection. Different theme every night. Restaurants & facilities shared with Albufera Park hotel (attached). Plenty of sun loungers & space to sit by pools. Lots of parasols. Hotel didn’t feel too busy or crowded in Easter holidays. We loved the roof top pool. There is one that anyone can use. Would recommend this hotel Albufera Playa rather than Albufera Park for adults, teens & older children. Can also use all facilities at Albufera Park including kids pools but these were much busier. Regular day and evening entertainment. Very close to a lovely beach. Only negatives were that the pools were extremely cold. Impossible to use for long despite temp of 27 degrees outside. Nice to sit by but too cold to swim. Would recommend booking themed restaurants straight away. We didn’t & by our first evening, all were fully booked for our short break there. So didn’t get to experience them.

We stayed in Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa for 10 days in a 'quiet' Garden View room. Playa and Park are shared ; the only difference being the room. The resort was 'fully renovated' and opened June 2023, we stayed in July 2023 and 95% of the work seemed to be done. There were no workers left. Not everything was of course renovated, see detailed review below. Since these places are shared I would say don't come as couples without kids. These resorts are completely kids oriented and is loaded with families. Check-in & Check-out was pleasant and quick. The Room was ok-size at 27m2 for 2 adults and 1 child. We had room #7351. It included kettle, safe with code, little fridge. Beds 8/10: The sofa bed was easy to unfold and stable, and the mattress was good to sleep on, even for an adult. The mattresses on the double bed were ok (8/10). on the hard side with springs inside. Pillows were also long and good to sleep on. Duvets also fine, not to thick/thin. There are 3 blinking red lights on the smoke alarm, we needed to cover those for the nights otherwise it's to bright. Same goes for light on TV, but TV you can simply unplug the power from. Airco 9/10 worked fine, there were 3 settings and also an eco setting for the night. Airco was a good low sound volume for the night. No mosquitos in the room. Bathroom 7/10 was a good size, toilet is inside bathroom unfortunately. Not great space around the sink, but there was plenty of space above the toilet for toiletries. Some of the things were looking fine and clean, other things like the shower head was rusty and old (not renovated). Cleaning 8/10 Overall room cleaning and resort cleaning was very good; every day cleaners came in the morning and cleaned quickly but efficiently the room. Everyday new towels (also when not put on the floor). There are constantly people around trying to clean up stuff, but of course if you have 200 people working and 2000 people staying, you cannot do it 100% well enough. One day at the kids pool there was at 3 different places child poop on the tiles outside of the pool. We noticed several Iberostar staff people, but after waiting 15 minutes nothing happened. We found a managed who understood the seriousness of it and 15 minutes later there was someone to come and clean it up. The bad thing is that we ourselves needed to put yellow warning sings around the poops, and we needed to ask several people and a manager to clean it. also when it was cleaned it was just only swept and after that they didn't use any anti bacterial spray or anything. If the staff would have handled this differently, i would have rated cleaning 10/10. PS: It's ofcourse acceptable there is child poop now and then, that happens when you have kids. It's the situation the staff did not do anything about it. Also the resort has laundry facilities but no washing powders. Balcony & views 8/10: Big enough balcony to chill on, nice view on the gardens and partly seaview. Sound(proof) 2/10: Absolutel

We had a fantastic holiday in Majorca at Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa which is a beautiful resort for families . We really enjoyed our time there with great atmosphere, very clean place, delicious , qualitative and diverse food, professional staff ( Thanks Dani , Rowi Paula , Claudia and Alex from entertainment team for keeping my son Andy very busy and happy, Thanks Oscar the bartender for great Hendrix cocktail, Thanks all the waiters and chefs), excellent location with beautiful beach, lovely restaurants, extra-super fabulous entertainment team with great shows and activities . We loved it. We’ll be back for sure . Excellent resort

We had an amazing experience at Iberostar Selection Albufera Park with our kids (3 and 6). The staff from the reception to restaurants, kids club and housekeeping were all super responsive, friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Mila who helped me organize a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband when all the a la carte restaurants were booked on the day I needed. Thank you! Additionally Nina and Claudio from the reception were super helpful in accommodating all our room requests! The facilities and rooms in the family building were all freshly renovated. There is a beautiful sky bar on top of the family building with a swimming pool and comfortable lounges throughout to relax in peace. The swimming pools are very kids friendly with lots of slides and little fountains ( 2 in the main area) plus one behind the family building for toddlers and babies. There is a trampoline and a big slide just outside of the reception area so the kids can play whilst you are talking to reception - super fun and convenient. There is also a zip line and a playground. The kids club staff are amazing and very welcoming. We really enjoyed daytime shows (Acrobats , dancing) - you can just watch from the swimming pool. Some activities they offer are very nice and unique like paddle yoga in the swimming pool. They added lounges in the main swimming pool so we didn’t have an issue finding space but people reserve early. The beautician in the spa was very thorough and friendly. The resort is very spacious and you can use the facilities of the connecting Albufera playa. There is a nice cafe in the reception of Albufera playa where Migul is making really nice i coffee. We enjoyed the food at the main buffet and we also really liked the Greek restaurant menu. You have to book them in advance ( 3 days before). The beach is just outside of the hotel and is clean and well maintained. The water was very warm end of June beg of July. It’s very shallow first so really good for small children. Iberostar has a clear focus on sustainability and it shows throughout the hotel which is amazing to see. The materials and finishes are natural, the food is great and you have facilities to refill your water bottles all across the resort which is fantastic! There are lots of places with proper bins to recycle and compost. Their a/c system is also very energy efficient.
