Overall a good experience. Clean and simplistic hotel. Not exceptional, but an excellent overall value. Staff was congenial and helpful.

Loved it! We used to live nearby and knew they had completely remodeled this property a few years ago. It seems like a totally new hotel! Very clean! Comfortable. Real nice lobby area with a bar. Convenient location as you can easily get on 501 or 17.

I was happy to get a late checkout but they did not tell me about breakfast the next morning and i missed it and still have no clue how to connect to wifi.

The hotel was clean but the room was very basic. Very standard stuff. The entry room was very nice. Parking was very easy. River view was nice .

A lot of care was taken to present a nice lobby, the same amount of care was not taken for each room, microwave was missing, mold in shower, baseboard damaged, rips in chair at desk, bubbling wallpaper, door to balcony didn’t lock

Room was well appointed and staff was great. Did have a random fire alarm at 9pm on second night (it went off twice) without any follow-up.
The walls in the rooms are very thin and I could hear everything next door to me - disappointing. Also, building is located next to a restaurant which has outdoor entertainment - very loud until late in the evening.
It was nice, but wouldn’t stay here again
