Close to airport and day trip pick up location. Comfortable stay. Beautiful and modern ryokan room. Would be better if there are more breakfast options, swimming pool or onsen.

It was very nice to stay here , staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can choose between Japanese or western and it was great. I really enjoy.

beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)

There are two breakfast options. The Western-style breakfast can be enjoyed in the adjacent building of the same hotel. The double room consists of two single beds pushed together, so it is not very comfortable. Due to the typhoon, the staff did their best to answer questions and provide assistance.

There didn't seem to be any group tours, so it was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were also smiling and kind. I would like to stay here again next time.

Due to the effects of Typhoon No. 9, it was uncertain whether flights would operate, and the airline notified me that cancellations and fees would not be charged, so I canceled my business trip. Incidentally, I contacted the hotel hoping they would allow me to cancel, given that it was an unavoidable situation due to the weather, but they replied that cancellation was not possible. Therefore, I cannot provide a detailed review as I did not stay at the hotel. I felt it was unacceptable that they could not make any temporary arrangements.

The location is good and transportation is convenient. The toilet has a separate wet and dry area, but unfortunately the hygiene is just average, and the sofa has obvious stains.

The accommodation was clean, and I especially liked the toilet and bathroom.

Hygiene: The room was fairly clean, with no particularly dirty spots. Location: There are plenty of restaurants and drugstores within a 10-minute walk of the hotel, which is good. Service: Breakfast is a set menu with no changes; there are no other special services. Facilities: Parking requires a paid reservation, and spaces are limited. The hotel facilities are relatively new.

The hotel room photos were taken with a wide-angle lens; the actual rooms are not as spacious as they appear in the photos. The beds, breakfast, and complimentary drinks (including alcoholic beverages) were all quite good, and the drink service was extended. The hotel lobby is also rather small. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Kokusai-dori Street.
