Good hotel for the price conveniently located near the railway station for ease of travel around the Oita Prefecture. First trip to Japan so a bit apprehensive but staff spoke good English and we were able to be understood in the local restaurants and bars. Small room but with Ensuite facility and internet connection. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner but I did not try the food - ate out at local restaurants. Clean hotel - drinks vending machine available in Reception. Located off main highway through the city.

The front desk is two people who rent a rental personal computer 1080 yen, and it is displayed as the Yomiuri Shimbun, but it is not switched to the next screen even if it clicks, so one of the front desk comes to the room and tries to repair it. I gave up and decided to use a 1080 yen return and a shared personal computer in the lobby. The front desk was able to cope with one person and a long line of snakes. I thought the support staff would come from the back. Breakfast is bad in balance between the row and the meal, or if you try to fill the rice in the middle place, it will be broken into the row. I want you to consider it flexibly here.

Since it was a car trip, it was convenient to park the parking lot for free. It may be a little inconvenient without a car. The amenities were basic and the room was clean. If you walk a little, there are shops and you can get frozen pasta or fried rice, so I think it's not a problem with eating.
