房間在碧桂園小區，樓下有保安，感覺很安全，還很安靜，房間一室一廳，非常寬敞，收拾的非常乾淨，一次性用品很齊全，如果開車過來非常方便，樓下也有電動車可以租用，離海邊和鎮上一公里，很方便，南澳島風景很美，期待下次再過來玩

房間雖小但是對於去參加越野跑住一晚的人來説，很不錯了，樓下停車方便，也有好吃的燒烤，下次帶孩子來，會考慮再來這裏住。窗外就是海景，視野開闊

房間實際面積沒有60平，最多30左右… 東西都比較舊，簡陋… 主要床被還超薄，像空調被一樣，而且房間空調還是壞的，打不開…

店家的圖片跟實際看到的是兩回事 首先是在老的居民樓裏面的海濱大廈東棟24樓2403房，上去的電梯好慢好舊，什麼閑雜人等都能自出自入的，其實説是兩房一廳，房間巨小，一個放洗衣機的地方其實真的很多餘的，誰去住一晚上會去洗衣服，哈哈哈，廚房也是舊舊的，誰會做飯啊，除非長住咯，廁所小小的，房間的床好差啊啊啊啊啊，其中一個房間的床軟到不行，連床靠都沒有，好簡陋，哈哈哈！羅開床才看到還有頭髮，毛髮，客廳的桌子最值得吐槽，像別人扔出去不要了撿回來似的，舊的喲，鋪沙發那張布也是臟臟的，如果不是拖着一堆行李，帶着兩個孩子了，我立馬就走人了，謝謝🙏以上評論純屬個人入住體驗感跟感受，如果讓別人感到不開心，衹能説敬請諒解！衹是想分享最真實的旅客入住評價，謝謝！

我定的酒店説是1.8大床，進去一看頂多1.5都不知道有沒有，房間確實很大我定的是碧桂園的一個房子，説是全海景就衹能在房間出去的一個小陽台能看到海景吧，還跟我説這個是給我好海景的房間，床上還有黃色的污漬真的不知道那麼多好評哪裡來的，我朋友定的那個更糟，我想着同一家店訂可以一起住同一個地方，我們是同一輛車還要分開住了

所謂的海景民宿，其實是小區公寓房改造的，相當於公寓簡裝下出租給第三方打理，然後取了個好聽的名字，房間分佈在各幢，圖片與實物差距太大，訂了二間，一間海景是正海景，一間是側的。但是一千多一晚的房間衞生間有味道，燈不亮，牆邊發黴起皺，飄窗臟，玻璃全是灰，住進來先是打掃衞生，根本不是所謂的民宿。
