房間非常大住起來很舒心，衞生也搞得很好，設備都是高檔的，質量沒得説，老闆人也特別特別親切，雖然沒有住在別墅，但是我們可以去別墅玩，以後一定要和家人一起再來一次！還和我們一起聊天，在別墅前的搖椅上吹海風真的超級舒服，阿姨們做的早餐也很好吃，阿姨們也很親切有種在家的感覺，島上的民風很好，遇到的每一位本地人都熱情好客，是去了還想再去很多遍的地方！

非常好的一家名宿，位置很好找，就在迴歸線廣場旁邊。主要是一線海景，海灘零距離，在院子裏能無遮擋賞景。停車也能直接停在別墅邊，還能開進院子洗車和拿取東西。房東也非常負責，別墅周邊的環境也很不錯。值得推薦，這個價位覺得超值。

1.我們定的這間屋子，是在別墅的負一層，有點濕，然後早上一層是吃早飯飯地方，如果想睡懶覺的話會感覺非常吵，如果早早出門的話，那一點問題都沒有；
2.房子的地理位置很優越，出門就是沙灘和大海，天氣好可以直接看日出，離北迴歸線廣場很近，附近很繁華，吃飯玩耍很方便；

海邊別墅，離海很近，位置特別棒。個人感覺北迴歸線廣場是南澳島的一個大景點，有打卡地標，有美麗的海灘，有水上項目，有日出可看，還有餐飲，所以這個別墅的位置是真得好。我們晨起在陽台看日出，夜晚有幸在陽台看沙灘煙火（估計是遊客放的）。不過現在日出是從山那裡升上來的，看海平面日出可能要三月初往前。民宿的衞生還可以，就是前台經常欠缺，不能很好的照顧到遊客。如果是想近距離的，悠閑的玩海到此住兩天還是比較推薦的。

客廳有個茶几，兩間卧室，大卧室朝大海，小卧室是個隔間，對我們四個人剛剛好，老闆很熱心，有免費停車，且早餐。如果天氣好，可以多待兩天。洗澡熱水水壓大，熱水也有，不過每個人間隔15分鐘左右就行。安靜隔音，無雜音，總之下次還會選擇它。

真正的出門就是海，別墅院子外就是沙灘了，位置處於青澳灣正中間，距離自然之門沿沙灘步行不足百米，沙灘細膩，住在這裏相當於包下了整個沙灘，也是觀看日出的絕佳位置（可惜不巧我們住宿當天日出時下小雨），阿姨做的早點也很用心，贊！另外當時我們兩家過來訂了不同房間，主人還免費幫我們房間升級，有機會和朋友們還要來！

酒店和這邊都一樣，都是住宅改造的名宿，衹有早餐，沒有中晚餐，周邊餐飲很多，問題不大，酒店位置是關鍵賣點，出門下去就是海灘。接待人員也比較客氣，服務到位。
