Location is very good in the middle of shopping and food street. The room isn't well-maintained and when I just came in the strong nasty smell from the drainage attacked me. So I had to stay for 2 night in a room with that smell because it was always raining that I was so reluctant to spend days outside. Regretfully, if only the management would renovate and care about the drainage it would be a nice property. Eventhough I closed the bathroom room, the smell was still strong and AC even made it worse spreading it to the entire room.

酒店就在大馬路旁邊，地理位置特別好，離西湖步行11分鐘就到，離銀泰也是走路5分鐘，離地鐵口600米不到步行6分鐘左右，門口就是公交車站有42路直接可以坐到雷峯塔，附近很多很多好吃的飯店，設施完善，一次性洗漱用品都有，吹風機都有，洗澡熱水24小時，水還特別大，衞生很乾凈，服務人員都很細心，推薦住宿，價格也很實惠。

酒店很舊，舊是時間問題沒什麼好説的，關鍵是衞生也不好，剛進門就可以看見地板上還有水漬，馬桶裏也有紙，廁所也是濕的 國慶訂不到酒店沒有辦法，但是和我想象中的7天連鎖真的很不一樣

衞生:實在是不行有異味廁所很臭地方到處都有點臟包括走廊的地毯床單有污漬睡覺不知道被什麼東西咬到了腫了兩個大包

這是我住過的最坑的七天，一點不隔音，服務員做衞生，外賣，開門關門什麼聲音都有。而且很大，幾分鐘響一次，在這裏根本別想睡個好覺，晚上兩點才消停點，早上六點又開始了。由於房門縫隙很大，導致外面任何聲音都聽得清清楚楚，窗户也是壞的，關不上。
