還不錯，空氣好，房間也不錯。停車也方便。適合帶孩子泡澡。美中不足就是吃的早餐不夠豐盛，口味有待提高。

其實真的很不錯，就是新開的而且在山裡，招不到人，服務跟不上，其他都還行。要不是朋友着急走我還想多住幾天。雖然有不足的地方很多，總體滿意，。。。。。。。

停車場也是免費的⊙∀⊙！很適合帶小朋友來這休息玩水，住房隔音效果不錯，樹林很多泡池也多，價格實惠服務也熱情。重點是錢包丟了也幫我找到了，拾金不昧的服務員值得表揚

最近想要和男朋友出遊，點開攜程首頁就看到南華德茂莊園温泉 房間也很便宜 看着圖片很nice！
剛剛到德茂莊園，好多個停車場，愛了愛了，之前去的地方都是擠得不行😖😖非常的大的接待大廳，服務員的態度也很好 到了以後就辦理入住，我還特意看了房間，各種房型，套房適合親子出遊 三個床，房裡還有泡池，我的最愛 🤗🤗

整體不推薦！非常差！！！
一是户外環境不錯。
二是管理太差：定的最貴的500多的房價跟眾多散客一起擠着吃飯，很多飯都吃不上。散客太多，温泉池超級臟，喊服務員換下水，拒絕，從早上到晚上11點就一池水的。服務員的服務更是談不上，讓送個浴巾的服務都沒有，更不用説自助礦泉水啦！
三是衞生更差：房間鏡子上有屎，地板上臟東西一堆。房間連個桌子都沒有，原始的無敵啦。

當天下午5點多入住，房間還沒有攪好衞生，看見她們的打掃手法真的怕怕。
設施方面，最大問題是廁所，坐廁和淋浴是同一趟門，已經推不動了怎共用呢？而且坐廁前方太窄頂腳。另一問題標示温泉度假酒店，衹可以説是不冷不熱的水池而已。這可能是有點期望，最後是失望。
自助餐主食放在中間可是排大隊，最後早午餐沒有吃就退房離開了。
