房間乾淨整潔，環境清幽，樓下淙淙的溪水聲就是最好的催眠曲
老闆娘熱情貼心，想我所想，急我所急：我要吃魚，安排上，吃晚飯時還贈我2杯米酒；下午4點我才到店，想去田螺坑玩且看夜景，幫我聯繫一位服務很好的老司機；我一人旅行，出行打車不便，老闆娘又幫我找人送我。
總之，老闆娘拿遊客當家人。

我真心評論踏歌民宿，第一是乾淨衞生，第二是環境不錯，第三是價格實惠，第四是老闆娘服務到家，無論吃住都在這家，確實有一種回家的感覺，如果再來塔下，我還是選踏歌民宿。

民宿乾淨衞生，居於村中央，景色優美。月色黃昏中坐在院子裏喝酒聊天好一派閒情逸緻。老闆娘和善客氣，菜餚新鮮，價格公道。還給我們升級了房間。下次還要再來。

民宿座落在塔下村核心區域，民宿古樸整潔，這次旅行帶了父母一起自駕遊，訂了三間大套房間，陽光明媚，躺在床上就可以看到天空，庭院佈置相當有韻味。老闆很熱情，還給我們介紹好吃的土雞土鴨，嚐到了一鴨三吃。塔下村真正的小橋流水人家！

聽圈友介紹住在塔下村，體驗很不錯，晚上逛逛夜景，在河邊走走，挺有意境，第二天去田螺開車也不遠，沒有早餐。

淡季入住，老闆主動升到了舒適雙床房，房間比大床房大很多，不過老房子統一的問題就是廁所能用，但是比較小。一進店老闆就熱情的泡茶喊我們喝。小院環境好，店外就是河，後門出入往上走一點就是德遠堂。整個村子比較小，晚上也安靜。

房間很舒適，老闆人很好，請我們喝客家糥米酒，很好喝，老闆娘煮菜很好吃，推薦她家的晚餐和早餐，清蒸光魚👍，炸溪蝦也好吃，客家豆腐及炒青菜都好吃👍，老闆娘還泡茶請我們喝👍，這家民宿地理位置非常好，前面小橋流水，後面就是張氏祠堂，超推薦👍

24年3月21號入住，我真的很難寫差評，給父母預訂的，入住體驗極其不好，而且毫無服務，所以留言希望店家注意也讓其他遊客注意避雷。之前看了很多點評感覺這家店應該有着民風淳樸的温馨感，實則破破爛爛，而且屋裡這個季節很冷，地板顫顫巍巍，全程老闆也沒露面，衹有一個木匠在幹活，長者住着很難受。

交通狀況:酒店在塔下村的中部，坐景區的大巴要步行到村頭靠近螢火蟲的民宿。春節期間私家車特別多，道路非常窄，路面的磚都壓碎多處，攜帶孩子出行非常要注意安全。
酒店入住情況:就是最基本的設施，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，我住的那間非常吵，能聽到屋外人説話，上樓的腳步聲，當天入住的晚上半夜店主和顧客吵起來，吵了很久很久，我們一家機會都沒有睡好。體驗感並不好。
還有就是幾個土樓羣的觀感，雲水謠聽上去名字很有文藝氣息，但是是幾個土樓羣裏最糟糕的，裏面商業化特別嚴重，民風全無，都變成一些拉人拉客的小商小販。我們就是好幾次被騙。朋友説永定的土樓羣要更值得去。
