第一次來南京出差，提前兩天訂的精選大床房，到店後前台跟我説房間在輕軌旁邊（整個酒店就在軌道旁邊十幾米），地鐵經過有噪聲，我提出幫我換一個離着遠點的房間，她説不能換，叫我自己取消訂單重新下單。我訂的時候沒有任何提示説有地鐵噪聲，到店時價格都漲了挺麻煩的，她説地鐵營運到十一點，想着不影響晚上睡覺就將就一下。結果就是晚上十二點還有車走，早上六點被地鐵吵醒，一趟車間隔三到五分鐘，雙向差不多兩到三分鐘一趟，每次都像打雷，七點半早高峯最離譜，一趟接一趟，唉，印象很差，第一次寫差評。

這種酒店根本就是私人改造的！之前是推拿店！
事情是這樣的：我們從慈溪到南京自駕4個多小時來旅遊，選擇了靠近地鐵一號線邁皋橋的這家紅山動物園店！ 下午2點多到達酒店，隨後前台告知房間還沒打掃好，原因是春節期間房間爆滿！ 那我完全可以理解，前台建議可以把行李先放進房間，給我們安排了837、838兩間房間，我們到四樓把行李放好，隨後就去夫子廟玩了，然後晚上7點多回酒店，酒店一塌糊塗，如圖沒有整理，兩間房間都是沒有整理的，前一個客户留下的垃圾都在，馬桶上全部都是黃色污漬，跟前台反應，前台説阿姨是打掃過的，還説我們類似於在詐騙，在整個事情處理過程中，酒店老闆沒有出來説明，前台也是愛答不理，説的是就一個打工的，這種酒店管理都這麼差，還是建議別開酒店了，真沒必要，連打掃都不打掃的酒店，甚至還誣陷我們！後來攜程跟他們溝通，也是遲遲不退錢，最後還是與攜程進行溝通，才幫我們大晚上的找了酒店，我們帶着一個孩子和兩個中年人，來南京旅遊碰到這樣的酒店真無語，我衹是把事實説出來！

定了三個房間高級大床房，給了兩間舒適大床一個高級的，還好意思説給了我一間老闆住的好房間，他們要定1000一晚上的，我就笑了，定房間的時候看的到照片，怎麼好意思的，長這麼大第一次遇到這樣的酒店，房間設施老舊，甚至第一次遇到兩瓶都寫沐浴露，呵呵，春節假期已經漲價3倍了，還好意思剋扣，找她們理論還好意思狡辯，第一次遇到這樣的酒店，服了
