Pullman Hotels in Nanjing

This was my first stay at a Pullman hotel, chosen for its proximity to the airport, and I honestly had an incredibly good experience. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves praise. Before checking in, after getting off the plane, I had a little trouble finding the hotel. When I called, the staff member who answered was incredibly patient and helpful, with absolutely no hint of annoyance or passing the buck. They answered all my questions very thoroughly and kindly. Once I arrived at the hotel, before even reaching the lobby, a concierge saw me with my luggage and immediately rushed to open the door, help with my bags, and escort me to the front desk for check-in. The moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted by a lovely fragrance, and the place is immaculately clean. I saw the lobby floor shining so much it reflected light! Sherry and Mia at the front desk were incredibly patient during check-in. Knowing I was in Nanjing for leisure, they thoughtfully recommended attractions and even subway routes, including train times. I felt so warmly welcomed. During check-in, as I hadn't eaten yet, the front desk attendant even told me where to find a convenience store and its closing time, and gave me some delicious snacks – all my favorites! 🥰 My room requests were all met, which was fantastic! 👍 My conversation with the front desk attendant was very pleasant; she spoke so gently. A huge commendation! If I were a review blogger, I'd dedicate an entire video just to the Pullman hotel's front desk staff. 🤓 Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the bathtub and the ambient lighting, truly befitting a five-star hotel. The room's cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. As someone with OCD, I can attest that the hotel's hygiene is top-notch. When I called the front desk for items, the response was incredibly quick, and the housekeeping staff delivered them very promptly. I needed several bottles of mineral water, and they brought both chilled and room temperature ones – thumbs up! The shower had stable water pressure, and the toiletries smelled wonderful; I wish I knew where to buy them! 🤩 The sheets and duvet were very soft. I found the pillow a bit high, and they promptly brought me one that met my requirements – truly quick response! The soundproofing was also excellent, making for a very quiet night. Plus, there's a gym – what a treat! I arrived a bit late, so the pool was closed. The next morning, I went to the pool at 9 AM; the water was incredibly clear and clean. I felt like I could swim for a hundred years… Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, I ate until I was stuffed! The ingredients were also very fresh. In the morning, I asked the front desk attendant for a morning call, and worried I might oversleep, she called a second time. And indeed, I had overslept! If it weren't for her second morning call, my plans for the day would have been ruined. As I passed the front desk on my way downstairs, the attendants always greeted me with a smile. I feel that for this price, finding a hotel with such service is truly excellent value for money! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
