The check-in experience was good. The hotel lobby and the garden in front of the lobby have a good environment. The garden atmosphere is particularly good when the weather is good. The service at the front desk was very good when checking in. Special thanks to the front desk Xiao Wang. The hotel's facilities and equipment were fully introduced, and they also helped with free late check-out and upgraded the room.

Facilities: The bed is old and rotten, and the soundproofing is too poor. I booked two twin rooms with river view, but I was given a garden twin room. The room 3057 has a very poor quality, the sofa is only half full, the headboard is old and rotten, and the bed is like the bed in a hotel over 100 yuan. Two cars go out, and every time you go out, you have to call to open the door, or you will be charged. The service is also poor.

This is actually the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The overall feeling is really not good now, not because it is old, but because many management issues reflect many problems; 1. The restaurant seating guidance service is extremely chaotic. It can be said that for a county-level business hotel, the 88 yuan breakfast is cold, many dishes are not fresh, yogurt, coffee, and other necessary things are not available, and many dishes are very average. For a high-rated hotel, it is really disappointing. 2. The sanitation of the hotel can be said to be not done seriously. Many good materials are not cleaned. In fact, there is a lack of young managers with mysophobia to pay attention to details. 3. It is hard to summarize. It is a pity that such a good design facility software is made into what it is now. Many passages are full of water. This hotel is connected to the children's playground and many parent-child family customers. This is a failure☹️……

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to Silver Beach, the room environment is nice, and I am very satisfied overall👍. The front desk lady Xiaohua also upgraded our room to a sea view room and sent us fruit. The buffet dinner and breakfast are also very good👍
