Family-friendly Hotels in Nantong

We spent a celebratory night in this hotel and the expectations were high. We were not disappointed, we had a wonderful staycation in a comfortable room on the 22nd floor and a view on the surroundings. We chose the “superior room” and it can with an extremely comfortable bed (with 2 pillows each: one soft and one firm, to meet everyone’s preferences), a big desk, a reading armchair and a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The room was very clean and the hotel itself gave a “luxury” vibe while being affordable. The receptionist spoke English, and so did some of the staff at the breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet with a huge choice, both Chinese and Continental (baozi, eggs, bacon, meat, cold cuts, rice…but also fruit, fresh bread and pastries, many types of juice, coffee, yogurt and cereals…) The hotel also has a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and some restaurants, but we didn’t try any (…this time!) Around the structure there are many places to eat and many different malls, and it is very close to the train station, even if it is a little far from the center. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we want to repeat it as soon as we can!!

This hotel can accommodate any type of stay. Ours was a Valentine staycation. Service was great. Bath was amazing as was the view. Buffet costs 100RMB p/p which is fair and there were loads of options for all diets. we've been here before and we'll be here again

Because I have lived in Ascott in Guangzhou before, I checked the surrounding hotels and decided to choose this place. It feels good to stay here, and all kinds of facilities are easy to use! However, due to the surrounding subway construction, the noise is still very obvious before nine o'clock!

The hotel is right next to the Hao River, and it is also the place where the night cruise of the Hao River must pass. It is very pleasant to come out of the hotel at night, walk across the road to the river, and enjoy the wind on the pier. It is very convenient to stay in the hotel to enjoy the scenery and eat. The hotel Diagonally opposite is a time-honored pastry shop, which offers Nantong's special breakfast and supper. The business hours are from 6:00 to 22:00. The duck blood vermicelli soup is very delicious. The hotel service is very good. The front desk and room service staff are warm and friendly. When I checked out, I left something in the room. When I contacted the hotel, the service staff immediately helped to deliver it to my home. I think about what the customer thinks and is anxious about what the customer needs. It's great! Next time I have a chance, I will choose this hotel again.

The sound insulation effect is quite bad. Other guests can hear the sound of closing the door and talking and watching TV in the room. The equipment is also old and there is no USB interface in the room. I often live in Jinshi, one is close to the highway, and the other is that the Jinshi service is still very warm and thoughtful. In the early years, there was a free car wash service and auntie cleaning the room to wash the dirty clothes together. At that time, it was shocked. So I have always chosen to stay here. Obviously, under the impact of the epidemic, Jinshi has changed. I hope that the stone can go further and maintain its own characteristics.

Convenient transportation, walking distance from the nearby business district, strong service awareness, slightly late on the day of check-in, handwritten card snacks and fruits, a special person guides upstairs. The next day, the cleaning was timely, and the fruit was also delivered at night, making you feel at home. The rooms are in good condition, luxuriously decorated, fully equipped and beautifully landscaped. Episode 1: When I checked in, I was guided to drink coffee or tea in the executive lounge for free. The next day I asked the lounge attendant and got a positive answer. I went in and asked for two cups of coffee. When I came out, I told me that there was a free drink for more than 500 rooms, so I had to charge me 77 per person. I expressed my disapproval and changed it to 38 per person (I don't know the pricing basis). Since my friend was present and didn't want to embarrass the cashier girl, I paid, and there was always a feeling of strong buying and selling. When I checked out, the front desk learned about the matter and refunded the fee to me first. In fact, the self-service afternoon tea for 77 guests per person is cost-effective. It may be that the coordination between different departments is not perfect, resulting in poor information. It is a bit difficult to accept forced consumption without psychological expectations. Fortunately, the hotel's attitude is positive and sincere, and I believe it is not intentional. Episode 2: Parking is free for guests. Since my car is a temporary license plate, the hotel told me to call the front desk to help me lift the pole. The next day I went out of the parking lot, I asked my friend to go to the security guard and talk about it. The security asked me to scan the code to pay, even if I am not a resident, I can only go out with a normal person's thinking. It must be impossible to scan to find him... My friend went to the front desk again. I blocked the door for a long time and had a dilemma. The horns behind were almost squeaking the symphony. The security didn't expect to see what was going on. Overall, the experience is still OK, cost-effective, some details are better to pay attention to, and will choose to stay in the future.

This hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

I drove back to Suzhou and passed through Nantong. I took my children to the wildlife park and other activities. It was my first time to stay here. The arrival experience was really great. From the moment I entered the underground parking lot, I felt the spring breeze of your hotel’s service. I was very tired after driving for a day. , the lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room and breakfast for free, thank you Mr. Xue! Excellent service! The breakfast environment is spacious and clean. Two other small suggestions: 1. The room is very dry and a bit uncomfortable with the air conditioner on. 2. Sound insulation needs to be improved. Next time I go to Nantong, I will choose your hotel as my first choice, and will also recommend friends and clients to come here! PS: There is a charging pile behind the hotel, and it is very convenient for the tram to come here.

The room is neat and generous, the furnishings are very simple, there is no too much flashy things The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and shower are cleaned in place, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the sleep is very comfortable, the travel is convenient, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the light is very good, and it is relaxing. I like this hotel very much, I live here every time I travel in Nantong.
