A nice hotel to stay, room is clean, staff is friendly and very good service. Hotel location is very good, there is a big shopping mall opposite . Metro station is also within walking distance. Highly recommended

Such a lovely hotel! It Is newly opened in May 2023. Extremely clean and welcoming room! Location is perfect.
However; breakfast selection probably not up to international preference.

與萬象城近在咫尺，離火車站也很近，距離動物園和365小童樂園都很近，且停車免費。房間乾淨衞生，配有小冰箱還免費贈送三份飲品。早餐品種豐富，口味品相俱佳，尤其是現下的麪條很好吃。服務真的很到位，兩張房卡不小心被小朋友弄丟一張，前台免費補了一張。

酒店新開的，整體設施都很新，價格也很誘人。
建議：1、定了兩間相同房型，然後大概其中一間沒有房間了，自説自話給我升級了，並未提前告知，畢竟我提前定兩間相同房型是為了同一樓層相互照應，缺乏主動意識。
2、在前台交涉的過程不是很愉快，辦理的小姐姐一副就是沒房間了，沒辦法，而不是想着解決問題，最後在我的據理力爭下，調整了房型在同一樓層，你看，這不就能解決了嘛？缺少主動為顧客考慮的心態。
3、其他工作人員都很好，主動幫忙找凈化器等等。新開酒店，晚上睡覺還是稍微有點木頭味道的，本人鼻子比較敏感。
4、早餐不錯，超乎意料！服務態度也很好，臨走的時候給了一袋水果還能記得我兒子橘子過敏沒有放橘子！好評！
整體參加價格和位置，沒有任何缺點，房間也夠用，畢竟新的。
雖然中間發生了不愉快，也給五星好評吧！

酒店服務十分貼心，配備健身房與洗衣房，衣服洗的乾乾淨淨，很贊，房間全部智能化，電視機屏幕超大，各類電影電視應有盡有，房間打掃乾淨衞生，周圍萬象城，吃飯方便，離野生動物園很近，十幾分鍾就能到，有機會還會入住。

環境非常不錯，各種設施齊全，有健身房還能鍛鍊一下，自製的小飲品味道非常好！重點要特別表揚一下前台的尹明星小姐姐，人美心善，我帶的行李比較多，還主動幫我拿行李，全程微笑服務，很專業，讓人感覺非常舒服，值得推薦，下次來南通還住這裏！
