Naples Hotels with Wi-Fi

Definatley not a four star hotel, rooms and decor very tired and in need of an update. Couldn’t get aircon to work and wasn’t a great area. On leaving the receptionist called after us we didn’t pay the city tax. My husband then turned back to tell her we had paid it. She checked the computer and then nodded at us. So rude, not even an apology. I won’t be returning.

The bar to have drinks in the evening is filthy, dirty table linens that are not linens, had marks that has been used and spilt drinks or food. The chairs and table feels and looks dirty, we took our drinks in our room instead. The breakfast has no cooked food just hard boiled eggs, bread are hard, people have to queue to wait to be served by 1 waiter, you cannot take from the table, waiter has to serve even coffee. It’s scary around the hotel, police are always there, dodgy shops around. Stay nearby or at hotels around Ovo Castle. It’s too dirty aroung Gibraldi station where this hotel is located.

Staff are excellent, the room is super clean and comfortable but lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle / complimentary bottled water, iron and a few basics. The location near the station can be a little rough but it wasn’t a problem for me but maybe I won’t recommended it for inexperienced travellers. Overall still good value for money

Fantastic hotel!! We arrived last night at 22:00 and checking out this morning as we move onto Ischia. If all the negative reviewers did their research prior to booking this hotel then they would know it’s a stop off hotel rather than a long stay hotel. The taxi ride from the airport took all of 10mins and cost €20. Yes, the drive up is extremely “dodgy” and not somewhere where you would be walking alone at night. However, once inside it’s like a completely different place. Very clean, safe, modern with friendly staff. Our room was on the 14th floor and Premium, it was immaculate plus the shower/bathroom was great with a walk-in wet room. Shower pressure was bliss after travelling all day. Breakfast was fabulous, various pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruit and yogurts. A typical Italian breakfast consists of a pastry and coffee, so I think their attempt at bacon eggs and beans etc to please that clientele was 10/10!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Naples, close to many attractions, restaurants, and the Spaccanapoli. We had a comfort double room with king bed. Bed was comfortable and room, while small for US standards had enough room for two persons, three large suitcases. Included a small chair that we didnt use. Nice toiletries provided. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet -- so many Italian pastries to try and great cappuccinos. Hotel itself is interesting -- the breakfast room is beautiful, nice outdoor seating area, artwork and other decor to explore. Only complaint was our room location. Our room was on the 3rd level (there are two floors of rooms) right above the hotel entrance. Be advised there is a cocktail bar in that alley that is open 10pm to 3am. Huge, loud crowds all night until almost 4am, plus sound of scooters going up and down the alley. Not a room for a light sleeper. The staff was very helpful, calling cabs for our trip to the airport and securing breakfast boxes for our early departure. We would definitely go back if could get a room away from the busy alley way.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport, with the possibility of walking through an urbanized and walkable area, during a ten-minute walk. Despite being close on the map, you have to go around a military installation to get there. As for the hotel, I highlight its cleanliness and also its speed at the reception. The restaurant has a somewhat short menu, but the pasta we tried was of good quality.

We arrived at the train station around midnight and walked around to the hotel and was shocked by the rubbish and homeless and smell of urine. Our room was tidy electrics old walls very thin and you have to ask for the air condition to be put on. But the next day you can cut into the station through the car park entrance which takes you straight into the train stationl missing out the homeless naples is ruff and ready there are a lot of African immigrants around the train station but no one bothered us it's definitely unique and beautiful you can get the metro to molo beverello port which takes a few minutes it's nicer down the port. There is a 63 euro charge when you leave also the breakfast is very average but the hotel is clean maybe not for everyone.

The hotel is a short way from the train station and that street is being repaired. But the service at the hotel was good: the boys at the front desk were smiling, kind and friendly, and they were learning Chinese. Ordering room service was fast and delicious, and the delivery uncle was handsome and friendly. I checked out for breakfast the next morning and was going to Amalfi Coast. A service boy took the initiative to help me with my luggage and let me rest assured that breakfast. When the car came, I would be called in the restaurant and then called. The hotel staff were so friendly. The only downside was the road construction, the room facing the street was a bit noisy. And the room looks the same as my picture.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, explaining the strength and asking for praise. 1. Strongly recommend a friend who is driving by car. If you are simply a friend who stays in a sea view room, please think twice. The reason is stated later. 2. Not a self-driving friend, please look here. The hotel is located on the mountainside. From the map, it is located near the station Mergellina. After the train station comes out, it is about 500 meters to the sea. There is a slope train to take a ride to the s.antonio station (should call this name, check it yourself) Next), if I don't understand this, please open your google map, you can't get it. After arriving at the station, you need to take a mountain road to get to the hotel. 3. However, I personally went up and down the mountain for two days. Why, because I was in Easter during this time in Naples, the slope station was closed! Fall! Now! That's right, shut it up! So in this case, in addition to walking, it is played. The starting fee is 3.5 Euros, and the thief is fast, and the friends who are not bad money should be directly taxi. 4. Staying at this hotel, if you still can't decide on the sea view room, I really don't understand it. As the hotel is halfway up the mountain, there is no choice of entertainment activities. If you want to find a convenience store, you can only find the van. There is a year-round business on the viewing platform, which is very expensive. 5. The hotel front desk is quite professional and has a good service attitude. Write so much for the time being, and think about what to add later. In short, it is still 9.5 points overall, but if it is not for the sea, if it is not self-driving, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.
