Staff were very helpful solving my parking garage issue (parking fee not able to be settled with my credit card)

We'd booked a room for 5 with an extra bed on ***********, but when we reached the hotel, the lady at check-in informed us that in the Scandic Narvik system it was only a room for 2 people, that there was no other space available, and that in future, we should book directly with the hotel in order to avoid this happening again. In the end, she was able to find us a room, but it was such a terrible way to start off what was otherwise a brilliant stay in beautiful Narvik.

Awesome hotel in the centre of the city. Everywhere is easy to get by.

Very bad hotel, this hotel brand is the same all over Norway, the carpets are dirty, there is a smell, there is no heating in the room, and the hygiene is very unclean

The room hardware is good, the night view is nice, but the window is too dirty to take good pictures. There is only one elevator in operation on weekends, and you have to wait during peak hours. The hotel parking lot charges 180nok a day, and parking is convenient. There seems to be free parking lots around that need to be found by yourself. The breakfast is rich. The hotel requires a credit card to pay the deposit.

The central hotel in the center of Narvik, the tourist information center and the largest local museum, the War Museum, are right next to the hotel. The bus station is under the rock of the hotel, and you can see the harbor pier from the window.

The facilities and health services are excellent, very convenient, and the hotel environment is also super good👍The breakfast is very rich and super delicious😋The hotel parking cannot go directly to the lobby, so you need to drag your luggage for a while ~ But compared to the hotel environment and services, it is not a problem Son

The electric heater in the room was broken. I asked their people to help me fix it, but they never came. Then I went to the front desk and told them that they would give me another room. The breakfast was not good and the room price was too expensive. The hotel looks very special, but I don’t know where it is!

All Asians and Spanish people... No impression of the room at all. The view from the top floor bar is great. But the bartenders are so-so.

This hotel is not user-friendly. I just booked it and found out that I made a mistake and wanted to cancel it 1 hour later. Ctrip said that it cannot be refunded after discussing with the hotel. Please be careful when placing orders for this hotel in the future. I don't recommend this hotel.
