Staff were good. No hotel shuttle before 6am and that is the reason why I stay there had to pay out of pocket for taxi but the hotel did assist in a deal for the service to the airport. When checking out there was an issue with another guest leaving me no time to check out so no receipt or email was sent yet. as the staff was on the phone. More staff may be needed as the staff time was busy handling other things. When I was waiting another guest came to check in and waited as well and I had to leave before I was even helped.
Room was ok older but good price. I would not stay again.

The room at the Red Roof Hotel is very clean. There is a free shuttle directly to the airport. The service is also very considerate. You can also withdraw cash from the ATM. There are several restaurants and supermarkets around.

I only booked this place for the airport shuttle. However, they were not accessible during the time I needed them and I had to pay for an Uber. When I arrived in my room, I was too tired to inspect it. That morning when I woke up. I noticed the tub had hair in it (I don’t have any hair). The sink was dirty, the towels had hair on them and there was trash on the floor. I notified the front desk but they didn’t seemed too concerned. I will never stay in a red roof inn again.

I have stayed here before and it's very clean. This time i was in the handicapped room which was no different other than a bar in the shower. I take that back because there was no microwave or mini fridge.
That was a real letdown.

Everything was great!!! Our flights got cancelled three times and the ladies were so nice and helpful and even picked us up from the airport and took us back the next day.

This is a motel with exterior bedroom doors - not great for winter snow storm. Rare challenge but walkways not cleared so challenging and 2st room door did not finction. Reserved shuttle and left early without me

The bathroom had feces in the toilet and they charged me 200 for smoking and I wasn’t in the room when they said I smoked I was visiting a friend in town and made me vacate the room at midnight
