The view and location are great, but that's about it. Not too friendly customer service, especially by Brazilian standards. The room was spacious but musty in need of updates, draws falling apart with missing handles, old furniture and preeling paint on balcony. Safe not working. Light outside room not working so hall was dark. We mentioned this in Portugurse to a man performing maintainace, but it was not fixed upon departure. Breakfast also average, not our best interval international exchange experience.

I found the flat very cozy and had everything we needed... Stove, microwave, fridge, cupboards with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, the comfortable bed and the super pleasant environment with nice people who were available if we needed it. I loved! Not to mention it's by the sea.

Good location just a few steps from the sea, close to bars, restaurants, handicrafts. The flat is well equipped, with a full kitchen, you can make your own food or eat at the hotel, an outsourced team serves breakfast and lunch, they do not serve dinner but there are several options close by where the food is excellent and reasonably priced super affordable, we found two food trucks very close by, where you can walk and save on taxi and also has delivery services. It has parking, 02 elevators plus stairs.

As fotos no site devem ser do dia da inauguração... pois atualmente de nada parece; hotel largado inclusive a fachada para a praia; quartos : sofá ensebado, instalação de tv e ar condicionado meio acabado, cortinas encardidas, frigobar, microondas e um fogão de duas bocas enferrujados, utensílios de cozinha sem a mínima condição de uso. Café da manhã terceirizado com valor de 25,00 por pessoa; não tomamos porém vi que era bem simples. Piscina muito suja nem tivemos coragem de por os pés; atendimento displicente não recomendo. O duro é que pagamos caríssimo pela time share.

Nuestra habitación no estaba lista Después de hacernos esperar horas nos alojaron en un cuarto de menor capacidad al contratado. No brindan ropa de cama, toallas y productos de higiene necesarios. Para bañ**** el agua sale helada. Mala predisposición del personal para atender las deficiencias del alojamiento
