Wyndham Garden Baronne Plaza New Orleans

The hotel location is very convenient. You can go to the bus station within five minutes and go straight to the bus station. You can go to the airport for 2 dollars and take a bus around 20 minutes to the Mississippi Church and the French Quarter. Attention ⚠️ If I click on the church map provided by Ctrip.com, it will be taken to an old church far away and remote, instead of the church on the picture next to the Mississippi, I will be misled and pitted! !! Some areas are unsafe to avoid at night.
Hotel Indigo New Orleans - French Quarter

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.
Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

Hotel is convenient to anything in the French Quarter and easy walking distance to many attractions. Some noise from a few streets during the night in the early morning hours, but still not bad. The hotel is lovely and clean. The room we had was a king suite and it had plenty of room to relax. The bed slept fabulous.
New Orleans Marriott

We booked the hotel seeing that it had 4 stars, there was a pool and the amenities list said there was an oven and microwave for the room. I can tell you that when we got there we were definitely surprised and not in a good way. The pool was closed even though they put a sign on the door thanking people for staying 6 ft apart. I don’t understand how you can be 6 ft apart if you can’t even go into the pool area, let alone the pool itself. Another reason we were extremely unhappy was because we had brought frozen food expecting to be able to heat it up and there was no oven, nor a microwave in the room. For a 4 star hotel that is ridiculous! Additionally, the hotel was doing some COVID-19 relief programs which in retrospect is very nice of them due to the fact that New Orleans is a poor area, but they did not let us know about it when we booked the room and the outside the hotel was full of homeless people and others just sitting around smoking and drinking by both doors outside and roaming throughout the lobby. My husband and I were very displeased and even though the hotel was giving them food and water, they created a place where anyone could have definitely caught the virus if they aren’t careful enough or if anyone walking in had it. If we ever go back to New Orleans, we will not be staying there.
Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor

Conveniently located in the heart of the French Quarter in Orléans. It is the parking to be handed over to the doorman and parked in the far away garage. Going on Thanksgiving, there are too many people to stay. Breakfast was eaten at the French street outside the French street, cheap and delicious. The photo is the restaurant on the French street next to it, the breakfast is good.
Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter/CBD

I had my doubts but I am glad I stayed at this location. The hotel is in a good spot for touring the city whether by car or on foot. At the core of my contentment is the person working the front desk during my check-in and during my stay - Ms. Nivea H. From the first day through our last day she worked to ensure customer service was as best as it could be. I will not say she is the only front desk person able to provide great customer service, I hope that the management culture and training emphasizes this to all their employees. However, she is the main person that we experienced. The breakfast is also great, but the food throughout my time in New Orleans was great. Parking is interesting, but I used the hotel's valet and it worked out well. I hope you have the same experience that we did, since coming to New Orleans should be fun and relaxing even if you came here due to work reasons.
