It is a new hotel, in very good condition. The bed is large and very comfortable. Excellent heating for the cold winter, good view of the city. Many thanks to Gazi Wriddhi, his incredible service made the difference during our stay. Kindness and professionalism, he is a collaborator who undoubtedly adds value to the hotel. It's a good affordable alternative if you want to visit NYC but don't want to pay a lot for a hotel. Do mind that a commute to Manhattan can take up to 4 hours total back and forth. I do recommend you taking the ferry at least once.
