The location is good, within walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and Rockefeller Plaza. The service is OK, you can text the front desk to deliver anything you need, but there is no daily cleaning service for stays under 5 nights. The room is comfortable and spacious.

Until the next day, I wrote a handwritten letter and three cans of candy perfunctory. The letter content from beginning to end without a word of sorry, I said that I am grateful to stay. Ha ha. This is really a very low score from the service of the hotel. I want to remind fellows that when you should be tough, you must not be too good to speak.

This is a great hotel, both in terms of price or location. Of course, the hotel's service staff is also very enthusiastic... If it is possible, I will still choose this place for the next stay.
