Brilliant experience! The building is beautiful and was sensitively renovated. The interior design is a big success, quirky and enhancing the historic charm of the building at the same time. The spa and gym are really worth a visit and so is Cafe Chelsea, which provides fantastic breakfast. Staff was exceptional and made every day of our stay special.

Very old and run-down house. The hygiene is not good. I asked for a facility to be delivered. They agreed but nothing happened. It has not been delivered yet. I don't know why I should spend this much money to live in such a run-down and shabby place.
