It's close to the subway station. The room is small, but the hygiene is very good, especially the quilt is very comfortable. It's close to Chinatown and you can eat in Jiangnan, Chinatown. In general, what kind of hotel should be stayed at what price.

The room is quite literally a closet. It’s so small it was shocking and that’s coming from someone who has been to nyc many times and have stayed in various compact hotels. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms seems clean enough but it doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Overpriced for what it is.

It was very busy when we went there and had to wait a little while to get a room but other than that the hotel was great. The area is also very busy though so I guess it makes sense. Cute, clean room, and welcoming staff. Good value for NYC, would stay again.

We loved this boutique hotel on the Lower East Side. Great location and friendly staff. Vibrate mural when you walk up to the hotel and lots of things to do in the area. I wish the rooftop was open so we could see the view while we were there though.

Our flight was cancelled and we were given a voucher for the hotel. After a huge debate, the hotel finally have us, and others, rooms after waiting for over an hour. Our room was very, very small. The curtains did not work. Barely lukewarm water. We were entitled to breakfast but were told that they don't have breakfast. Would not recommend it.

We arrived May 6 2023 departed May 11 2023.Front desk staff w as amazing!!! I apologize for the delay on this review . The staff that work in the. Coffee Cafe also were very helpful. This is the best location to stay . subways and also can walk to soooo many places in New York

Small room but was fine for me as a solo traveler. Easy and quick checkin. Absolutely love the area. It’s so close to convenience store, late night deli, and my favorite bars. I chose it because of the location and it made my trip so much easier. Nice views from the room, so much sunlight in the morning when I open the shades. Hotel could use some updating, but if you aren’t looking to hang out in the room all day this is a good place to stay.

The room is simplistic but clean. Everything functioned well and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent accommodations at a great value for Lower Manhattan. Room was small with little space around the bed but that was to be expected. Staff was superb!

Avoid this hotel. I was charged an extra 15 dollars for wifi (which was not good) and water (there was rarely hot water in the shower). The staff were inefficient and focused more on paper work or the computer than guests. When I went to check in, I was left waiting for 10 minutes before they decided to turn their attention to me. The location is the only good thing about the hotel, but for the price it still isn’t worth it.
