The location is very convenient and the balcony view is just fabulous

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

I like the property from the lobby to the room to the incredible view of the the city. I will definitely be coming back!

Too expensive for what they offer but overall an enjoyable experience

At checkin our room was not ready and did not get our room till 9:00 pm With nothing but a 25.00 return As well as the breakfast in the restaurant was even worse The stay was was the worse ever to this hotel Will stay at the Williamsburg next time

There is a fire alarm test every day from 8-9am. The cleaning lady who has turned on Do Not Disturb will still open the door without permission.

It's really bad, all the service is very bad, avoid lightning

The attention to detail, our early check in process. The room selection view was perfect and I love Le Labo fragrances so it was nice to be able to use that as I showered daily. Location was great, easy Uber to city and nice walk to L train or busier parts of Williamsburg. We did the Winter Spa and Hot tub which was relaxing. And the cold eucalyptus towels at the gym were amazing!

Our stay at this hotel is comfortable views is great only set back the program on the tv set is too old. Must update. Other then that everything is find.

This is my 3rd and last time using William Vale services. Check-in felt like I was begging to receive a room I paid for two months prior. I’m not sure if it’s because I was dressed down as a black woman however, the hospitality was not there!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and clean. We also received complementary cookies and wine.
